    • PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of construction by decreasing the number of parts compared with a conventional structure, in a hollow wall panel- attaching structure. CONSTITUTION: A through angle steel member 55 with an inverted L-shaped cross section is fastened to a structural frame 51 in a building. A back part 57 of a metallic connector 56 with a U-shaped cross section is fastened to the through member 55 by welding and vertically suspended parts 58 on both sides of the metallic connector 56 are fastened to a vertical flange 59 of the through member 55 by welding. The vertical flange 59 of the through member 55 is secured by a first metallic fitting member 62 in a zigzag shape, which is fastened to an upper face part 61 on the indoor side of a lower hollow wall panel 60. An upper hollow wall panel 65 to be erected vertically above the lower hollow wall panel 60 is supported by the horizontal flange of the through member 55, and the back part of the metallic connector 56 is secured by a second metallic fitting member 69 in the zigzag shape, which is fastened to the upper hollow wall panel 65. In this way, a support for each of the hollow wall panels, upper and lower, is effected enough with only one piece of the through member 55 arranged between them.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound absorbing and insulating performance and weather resistance and to upgrade maintainability, by embedding a reinforcing mateal in a sound absorbing plate made of porous concrete mateal, and covering one side surface of the plate with a coating material, thereby increasing in size a sound absorbing and insulating member. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing and insulating member 1 comprises a reinforcing material 4 embedded in a sound absorbing plate 1 made of porous concrete material, and a coating material 2 mounted at one side surface side of the plate 1 to cover the surface. As the material 4, a reinforcing bar is preferable in view of strength and easiness of manufacturing and processing. And, when a bundle material of carbon fiber or aramid fiber is used as the material 4, a sound absorbing plate 3 becomes light weight, and is hence preferable in handling. And, as the material 2 covering the one side surface side of the plate 3, it is made of material of a surface-like material for not substantially pass the air. As the material 2, an iron plate is preferable in view improvement in sound insulation since the iron plate is easy to be processed with large specific gravity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient suspending strength by burying a reinforcing material inside a sound absorbing plate composed of a porous concrete material, and arranging a suspending member connected to the reinforcing material in one place of the sound absorbing plate. SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 4 is buried inside a sound absorbing plate 1 which is composed of a porous concrete material around which a frame body is not arranged and has bulk specific gravity of 0.25 to 0.5, and a suspending member 3 connected to the reinforcing material 4 is formed at least in one place of the sound absorbing plate 1. Next, a hook metal fitting 5 having a male screw or a bar-shaped metal fitting is threadedly engaged with the suspending member 3 composed of a female screw buried in the sound absorbing plate 1, and the sound absorbing plate 1 is made suspendible from the ceiling or the like. Therefore, since a multistage or large sound absorbing material can be suspended, a sound absorbing performance enhancing effect can be exhibited even in a narrow building.

    • PURPOSE:To make a work easy by arranging an upper surface fixing part to be fixed on the upper surface of a panel, an inserting part to be inserted between the end surfaces of the long side of the panel and an engagingly locking part to be engaged with a beam. CONSTITUTION:The end surfaces 9 of a short side are faced each other by placing an ALC panel 7a and another panel 7b in the right/left sides on a beam 11 respectively. Then, both fitting metals 1a, 1b of a fitting metal 1 are put in turning movement relatively and respective engagingly locking parts 5 are engaged with the upper edge parts of the right/left sides in the width direction of the beam 11. Then, the fitting metal 1 is slided in the longitudinal direction of the beam 11 and inserting parts 4 are contacted to the end surfaces 8 of the long side of the panels 7a, 7b and one of upper surface fixing parts 3 is contacted to the upper surface of the panels 7a, 7b. The panel 7a is placed in the right side on the beam 11 so as to face and adjoin the end surfaces 8 themselves and also the second panel 7b is placed so as to adjoin to the panel 7b. Further, nails 16 are driven into the panels 7a, 7b from the fixing holes 2 of the fixing parts 3.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a panel, a sealing or the like accompanied by the deformation of a body at the time of an earthquake in an outer wall formed from a plurality of horizontally long concrete panels. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of horizontally long ALC panels 5 vertically arranged are integrally connected by a connecting member 9 and collected as one large- sized panel. The lower end part of the connecting member 9 is supported to a pillar 2 by a rotating support member 10 in such a manner as to be rotatable around an axial line extending in the thickness direction of the ALC panels 5. The upper end part and middle part of the connecting member 9 are supported to the pillar 2 by slide support members 11, 12 in such a manner as to be capable of sliding in the longitudinal direction of the ALC panels 5. Even if a body 1 is deformed by an earthquake, no horizontal joint slippage is caused, and the deformation of an opening part reinforcing metallic material 7 and the breakage of the ALC panels 5, a sealing material and an interior material can be prevented.
