    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength by fitting the pillar parts of a handrail to planting members planted in hollow parts provided between the side end surfaces of panels through hardenable jointing material. SOLUTION: The respective panels P of a vertical ALC wall W are fitted to a building frame 4 constituted of a beam 4c or panel fitting members 4a, 4b through anchor members 7, 8 buried in the panels P and metal fittings 9, near to the lower parts and in the intermediate part of the panels. Next, hollow parts 2a provided between the panels P are filled with hardenable jointing material M, and planting members 5 repectively formed with screw parts 5a and plate-like parts 5b on the upper and lower end parts are planted in them. Next the members 5 are penetrated in pillar parts 1 standingly provided on the upper end surface 3 of the wall W, a coping 3a is fitted onto the header 3, and a handrail coping supporting material 6a is fastened to the members 5 by screws, and it is covered with a handrail coping 6b. Hereby, a load applicable to the handrail can be increased, the height of the handrail can be made higher, and the pillar parts can be prevented from slanting together with the roots.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC decorative panel having a surface with pointed groove joints cut in its surface layer, while enhancing the quality of paint and waterproofness on the surface by reducing holes and cracks in paint after drying, with the pointed groove joints providing a solid feel like that of tiles, and to provide a method for manufacturing time same. SOLUTION: In an ALC decorative panel 1, the paint of a first paint film layer formed on the overall surface of the surface layer of an ALC panel 2 is packed into cells in the surface layers of pointed joint grooves 3, and the paint of a second paint film layer formed on the surface of the first paint film layer expect for the pointed joint grooves 3 and the paint of the first paint film layer are made of aqueous primers with a color difference ΔEab of 1.5 or more in a Lab surface color system. The process of cutting the pointed joint grooves 3 in the surface layer of the ALC panel 2, the process of spraying the aqueous primer as the first paint film layer using a spray gun, the process of blowing air before the aqueous primer cures, and the process of applying a finish paint different in color from the aqueous primer as the second paint film layer using a roller are performed in sequence.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abrasion, a crack, a chip and shear fracture of a dead weight support end surface of a panel by deformation and vibration of a structural skeleton by supporting dead weight of a porous concrete panel through a cushion material. SOLUTION: A panel 2a is placed by laying a cushion material 1 on a concrete footing 8, and a zigzag plate 4 is welded to an angle 5 fixed to the footing 8 by a hole-in anchor 10, and a bolt 7 is screw-fitted and fixed to an embedded anchor 9 of the panel 2a. A receiving plate 3 and the zigzag plate 4 are welded to the angle 5 fixed to a structural skeleton 6, and a panel 2b is placed through the cushion material 1, and the panels 2a and 2b are fixed by bolts 7 and 7. A panel 2 is formed of a porous concrete panel having bulk density of 0.20 to 0.40, and in the cushion material 1, compressive stress at 25%, compressing time is set to 0.5 to 3.5 kgf/cm , and permanent set at this time is set not more than 10%. Therefore, abrasion and shear fracture of a dead weight support end surface of the panel 2 can be prevented.
