An oil supply passage 49 to supply working oil to the reservoir chamber 55 and the hydraulic pressure chamber 53 is provided. Sliding clearance between the cylinder 18 and the plunger body 51 is set larger than sliding clearance between the cylinder 18 and the reservoir cap 61, and a hollow 51c is provided on an outer circumference surface of the plunger body 51.
