    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to laborsaving construction and the simplification of a structure by reducing or dispensing with bolt fastening work and work for filling in a hole of a bolt box, in terms of a steel segment with pre-filled concrete.
      SOLUTION: The steel segment 10 is constituted in such a manner that the pre-filled concrete is infilled into a steel shell 10a which is composed of an outer main beam 11, an inner main beam 11a, joint plate 13 and a skin plate 14; and a male joint 17a is equipped with an engaging protrusion 20 which is composed of a shank 20a, whose base end if fixed to a joining plate 18, and a head part 20b. A female joint 17 has an engaging hole 19 which is composed of an opening 19a into which the head part 20b of the male joint 17a can be inserted, and a locking part 19b into which the shank 20a can be fitted. Tapers 21a and 21c, whose diameters are reduced in one circumferential direction of the tunnel, and tapers 21b and 21d, whose diameters are reduced to the side of the base end of the shank 20a in the axial direction of the tunnel, are provided in the shank 20a and the locking part 19b, in which the rear part of the engaging hole 19 is made to serve as a closed space 23.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance bonding strength by restraining one end of a metallic base plate and holding the other end thereof with a spring body and arranging the ceramics pieces via brazing material and fitting a presser plate thereon via the spring body and thereafter heating the whole body to braze it. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 2 made of metal is fixed to a fixed frame 5 made of stainless steel so that the base plate 2 can be extended and contracted to the directions of the sides 2c, 2d by a heat resistant spring body 6. Brazing material 21 is interposed on this base plate 2 and the ceramics pieces 1 such as metallized Si3N4 are arranged. A heat resistant spring body 3 is placed on the ceramics pieces 1 and a presser plate 4 is fitted thereon. This presser plate 4 can be extended and contracted to the directions of the sides 4c, 4d by a heat resistant spring body 7 and furthermore is fitted to the fixed frame 5 so that it can be raised by a heat resistant spring body 3. Then the whole body is introduced into a furnace in this state and heated at about 840 deg.C for about 30 minutes in the argon atmosphere to perform brazing and joining and thereby a composite body of ceramics and metal is obtained.
