    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-tank conveying device for a ring-shaped wire rod, which prevents delay in conveying when conveying the ring-shaped wire rod while dipping the same in a treatment liquid inside a treatment tank.
      SOLUTION: The in-tank conveying device includes: roller rows 2A and 2B in which a plurality of pairs of roller shafts 2a and 2b are arranged in the conveying direction, wherein each pair includes the roller shafts 2a and 2b extending from mutually facing side walls of the treatment tank 1 toward the tank interior; and conical rollers 3a and 3b installed at lower ends of the roller shafts 2a and 2b. Each pair of roller shafts 2a and 2b are slanted toward each other so that the ring-shaped wire rod S runs on planes of the conical rollers 3a and 3b facing each other between the pair of roller shafts 2a and 2b, and each pair of roller shafts 2a and 2b are slanted toward the conveying direction so that, in a planar view, the conical rollers 3a and 3b located upstream in the conveying direction partially overlap the conical rollers 3a and 3b located immediately downstream. A plurality of projected parts 8 contacting the ring-shaped wire rod S is arranged in a circumferential direction on outer peripheral edges of the conical rollers 3a and 3b.

The compression molding is conducted by means of a molding machine, a type which extrudes the waste plastic from a hollow die 17 of an end plate 16 and is equipped with a screw 15 inside a waste plastic retaining barreled shell unit 13; wherein the sum total of driving electricity by a device for mechanical work in the waste plastic retaining unit and power output by a heating device ranges 55 to 165 kW per 1 t/h processing of the waste plastic.

Moreover, the nozzle diameters of the coating spraying nozzle 1 and the air and cleaning liquid spraying nozzle 3 are made as thin as 0.2mm, respectively. Consequently, the dot diameter at the time of marking can be kept to be 4mm constantly and constantly clear marking can be carried out in the whole temperature range from normal temperature to 300 deg.C.

CONSTITUTION:Before punching, the ends of steel pieces 1 are aligned by a stopper and the lateral expansion of the pieces 1 is restrained by means of a hydraulic cylinder 11 and a clamp guide 7 of a clamp device 3, wherein amount of movement X of the clamp guide is measured by means of a rack 12 and a pinion 13 in association with the cylinder 11 and a pulse oscillator 14 to obtain the accumulated width of the actual steel pieces by subtracting the amount X from known maximum width L and said accumulated width is divided by the width size of the pieces 1 to calculate the accumulated number of the actual steel pieces. Next, the calculated accumulated number is compared with the number based on automatic tracking. And at the normal time punching is performed based on the automatic tracking information and at the abnormal time the punching information based on automatic tracking is corrected as abnormal output to perform punching.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously remove only decomposed product at good efficiency by precipitating the decomposed product in fused salt in a decomposed product treating vessel, returning back supernatant to a heat treating vessel and removing the decomposed product in the decomposed product treating vessel with precipitation. CONSTITUTION:The fused salt in the heat treating vessel 1 is supplied into the decomposed product treating vessel 3 with a fused salt supplying pump 4 and pipe 5. As sp. gr. of the supplied decomposed product in the fused salt is generally larger than that of the sound fused salt, the decomposed product is settled to the bottom face and the upper face almost becomes the sound fused salt. This sound fused salt is returned back to the heat treating vessel 1 through an over-flow piping 6. By repeating this operation, the decomposed product in the treating vessel 3 is condensed. At the timing, when concn. of the decomposed product in the treating vessel 3 becomes high, the supplying of the fused salt is stopped and coolant is passed through a cooling coiled pipe 7, to lower to temp. of just before solidifying the fused salt and keep this temp. for a while. By this method, as the decomposed product is precipitated by difference of dissolving concn. and deposited on a recovery pan 8, this is taken out.
