    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of the coiling temp. accompanying variation in rolling speed, to stabilize variation of tensile strength and properties of scale and to improve manufacturing cost by executing feedforward control of the quantity of cooling water in a watercooling zone by differential type control whose control action is faster. SOLUTION: By the deviation between the target coiling temp. directed from a process computer 11 and the measured value with a coiling thermometer 5, the quantity of cooling water is commanded with a controller 6 for temp. control, the opening degree of flow rate control valves is directed with the controller 7 for controlling the quantity of the cooling water and the feedback control of the coiling temp. is executed. The number of revolution of a finishing mill 2 is fetched from the device 10 for detecting the number of revolution of the finishing mill through a sequencer 8 for controlling water cooling into the controller 7 for controlling the quantity of cooling water and deviation from the last data is calculated for every sampling period of the number of revolution. The correction of the flow rate of cooling water is determined from this deviation and coefficients which are decided for every kind of the steel, dimensions and the coiling temp.

    • PURPOSE:To make a bunch of shape steel bundleable to perfection without breaking its bunch form, by installing a pushing metal device, pushing up every other piece in a width direction of the shape steel, and a pusher pressing it lengthwise in a longitudinal direction, and bundling the shape steel in the bunch form at once, not conveying it. CONSTITUTION:Steel materials 9 of a portion for the number of bunched pieces are simultaneously carried in, colliding with a stopper 22 and stopping there at thus they are positioned right at a bunching position. Afterward, a step difference is put between shape steel 9-1 to be set in an upper position with a cylinder 23 of a setting machine 21 and another shape steel 0-2 to be set in a lower position, pressing the whole number of pieces in a horizontal direction by a pusher 20, whereby a bunching form is made up. Next, the shape steel 9 made up into the bunch form is bundled by a bundler 6 without being conveyed, and after bundling is over, it is conveyed by a roller table 8. During this bundling, the setting machine 21 goes down, and simultaneously with completion of the bundling, the stopper 20 is retracted, not preventing the shape steel 9 from being conveyed. Thus, a break of the bunch form is preventable.
