    • PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and economical request assignment access satellite communication system operated without a common signal transmission line and a control station among plural (3 or more) earth stations by outputting an alarm representing data collision to a terminal equipment in a transmitter-receiver of each earth station. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter-receiver 1 of each earth station applies transmission start and stop with an access request signal inputted from a terminal equipment in the satellite communication system of the request assignment system using one frequency in common with an access request signal from the terminal equipment via a communication satellite by plural earth stations. Then a station number set by each station is added to a sent signal and a station number included in the received signal sent from its own station and reflected from the communication satellite is detected. Moreover, after the transmission is started with an access request signal from the terminal equipment, while the preset protection time is elapsed, whether or not the station number of its own station is detected normally from the received signal is decided and when the station number of its own station is not normally detected from the received signal, while the access request signal is inputted from the terminal equipment, an alarm representing the fault of the transmission line is sent to the terminal equipment.

    • PURPOSE:To easily restore the operation history of a communication equipment at the time of maintenance for the occurrence of a fault or the like by preserving the state change of the communication equipment in an exchangeable non- volatile memory. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring circuit 13 monitors and stores the operation state and the fault state of a communication equipment 11 and consists of a state monitoring circuit 130, a control circuit 131, a state memory 132, a time counter 133, and a monitoring circuit power source 134. The state monitoring circuit 130 collects the on/off state of the power source of the communication equipment 11 and the operation state and the fault state of each element constituting the communication equipment 11 under the control of the control circuit 131 and outputs them to the control circuit 131. When the fault state of the communication equipment is changed, the operation state and the fault state at this time and the time are written in a non-volatile storage means 132. This means 132 can be replaced. Thus, the non-volatile storage means is periodically replaced with another and the old non-volatile storage means is recovered to recognize the state of each communication equipment.

    • PURPOSE:To attain inexpensive constitution by adding a channel identification code to a transmission signal and sending the result and using the channel identification code added to a received signal so as to control the received center frequency. CONSTITUTION:A transmission signal channel identification code is outputted while being added to the transmission signal. A reception frequency setting circuit 71 of a reception section generates a channel number C2 and a channel identification code CC2 corresponding to the channel number C2 of a demodulator 8. On the other hand, a down-converter 75 frequency-converts a received intermediate frequency signal inputted from a receiver 5 and gives an output. A demodulation circuit 76 demodulates an input signal. A separation circuit 79 outputs separately the channel identification code CC3 from the output of the circuit 76. A comparator circuit 72 outputs difference information of the codes CC2 and CC3. A reception channel control circuit 3 uses an output of the circuit 72 to correct and output the number C2. As a result, the local oscillation frequency outputted from a frequency synthesizer 74 is changed in a direction to compensate the deviation of the received frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To make the level control of an output power highly accurate by comparing an output power control signal with an output of a power amplifier and integrating the error in case a signal input is present, increasing the attenuation of a variable attenuator when the output of the power amplifier is larger, and fixing the attenuation of the variable attenuator to a value just before the signal input loss in case the signal input is absent. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is fed to an input terminal 1, an output power control signal (c) and an output of a power amplifier 3 are compared, the error is integrated, and when the output of the power amplifier 3 is larger, the attenuation of the variable attenuator 2 is increased, and when the output of the power amplifier 3 is smaller, the attenuation of the variable attenuator 2 is made smaller. Above-mentioned function is made through the control of a negative feedback loop. Thus, the output power fluctuation is eliminated and even in the absence of the signal to the input terminal 1, the attenuation of the variable attenuator 2 is fixed to the preceding value to amplify a burst signal stably.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the probability of the occurrence of collision of bursts sent from each earth station by designing the titled equipment that no burst is sent when a synchronizing signal for a common burst is detected and providing a protection time until the synchronizing signal is detected. CONSTITUTION:When the level of a burst transmission request signal 8 changes from 0 to 1, the level of a synchronizing signal detection signal 15 represents the level 1 indicating the detection of a synchronizing signal, the level of a transmission gate signal 17 of the timing corresponding to the burst is brought into 0 and no burst is sent. When the level of the signal 15 is logical 0, which represents undetection of the synchronizing signal, the level of a transmission gate signal 17 is brought into logical 1 to send the burst and then the burst is sent. As to the burst where a TXONB signal 10 is logical 1 and the start of burst transmission, after a predetermined protection time, e.g., nearly 0.3sec elapses, when the level of the synchronizing signal detection signal 15 is 0, the level of the transmission gate signal 17 corresponding to the burst is brought into 0 to stop the transmission of the said burst.
