摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the contact area of an electrode and a heat generation means and also to secure connection of the electrode and a power source by fitting the electrode constituted of a braided wire being the knitted cord of electroconductive fiber to a heating element layer which consists of thermoplastic resin containing electroconductive particles in a part of a joint member. CONSTITUTION:In an electrofusion joint member 1, a pipe 2 formed of thermoplastic resin is melted and joined by utilizing heat generation of a resistor in a time for conducting electricity. In the case, an electrode 5 used for the joint member 1 is formed of a braided wire being the knitted cord of electroconductive fiber as shown in (1). Further the braided wire may be provided with a core formed of thermo-plastic resin containing electroconductive particles as shown in (2). Furthermore the joint member 1 is provided with a heating element layer 4 formed of thermoplastic resin containing electroconductive particles, a base body 3 formed of resin which has shape holding property in the melting point of thermoplastic resin and a fusion layer formed of thermoplastic resin at request. The electrode 5 is fitted to the heating element layer 4 and a power source 6 is connected thereto.

摘要： PURPOSE:To establish a joining method for polyolefin pipe and provide an in-core of metal suitable for application of this method wherein the use of in-core (inner cylinder) is set as the condition due to the electrofusion pipe fitting, with which mounting of the pipe fitting to a pipe to be joined can be done easily, which is after joining free from undulation of the pipe inner surface, sagging of the molten substance of a fusion attachment layer into the pipe, etc., and which can present easily a flat and smooth inner surface of pipe joined. CONSTITUTION:An electrofusion pipe fitting 1 is equipped with a fusion attachment layer 2 made of thermoplastic polymers and including a heat emitting means and a base layer 3 which is made of a shape memory recovering resin having a shape holding property at the melting point of the thermoplastic polymer and which is formed in a single piece on the outside of the fusion attachment layer 2. The inside diameter of this electrofusion pipe fitting 1 is enlarged to over the outside diameter of a pipe to be joined 4 made of polyolefin, and an in-core 5 is installed in such a position as enclosing the gap in the joint part from the inside of the pipe joined 4. The in-core 5 for use with the joining method for polyolefin pipe 4 has a locating projection 6 in a flange form.

CONSTITUTION:A cover 11 for an indoor pipe comprises a member 12 and a cover member 13, formed of plastic. The base member 12 is stuck at the base plate portion 14 to a wall 31 with the double side adhering tape 33 and fixed to the wall 31 with a vis 34. Next, a pipe 35 is fitted into a pipe holder 15. When the cover member 13 is covered and slightly pushed, a male engaged portion 24 has the tip portion entered into a female engaged portion 17 to engage a first-stage recessed portion 25a with an entrance port ion 18. When the cover member 13 is strongly pushed, a second-state recessed portion 25b is engaged with the entrance protruded portion 18 and a rib 22 has a hook-type engaged portion 23 engaged wit the hook-type engaged portion 16 of the pipe holder 15 to fix the cover member 13 for completing piping work.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent thermal shrinkage of an axial direction of a mandrel at the time of thermal fusion, by forming a protrusion, whose length is shorter than a width of a thermoplastic resin film, and a clamping device clamping in a diametral direction, whose length is almost equal with that of a film laminated body respectively on the external circumferential surface of the mandrel and the external circumferential surface of the film laminated body. CONSTITUTION:Mold release paper 2 is wound twice round the external circumferential surface of a mandrel 1' whose central part of an axial direction is provided with, for example, a step 1'a whose length is 800mm and height is 1.5mm. Then a material film is wound ten times round the same further. After mold release paper 2 has been wound twice round this, round which the same press-contacted film is wound six times further. The whole is heat-treated after that. When the whole is taken out, a laminated body 4 part of the material film 4 is changed into a fused body 4' under a state where its thermal shrinkage of widthwise direction has been controlled in a form where both end parts of the step 1'a are made stoppers. The fused body 4' is removed from the mandrel 1' and a sleeve material is obtained.

EFFECT:The covering layer will not be slipped off the sloped or stepped portion even in a heat cicle, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:When polyolefin tapes are wound around core tubes, specific separators are inserted between layers partially, then these tapes are integrated by fusing, and the core tubes and separators are removed, thus producing title sheets with film- thickness dividing parts corresponding to the parts where the separators are inserted. CONSTITUTION:A thermally shrinkable polyolefin tape or film 2 is laminated by winding it around core tube 1 to form part 2a and during lamination, separators 3 with releasable surfaces on both sides are inserted between laminates 2a over all the length in the lengthwise direction. The laminated part 2a is heated and integrated by fusing, then separators are removed. The resulting hollow article is cut on the separators or between the separators, which are removed, thus giving objecteive sheet S1 that has the parts of seprators 3 as the unbonded parts, that is, divided parts 4a, 4b.
