SOLUTION: A telephone set 1 is of a subscriber for an ongoing -incoming- call transfer service, a telephone set 2 is of a caller, and a telephone set 3 is of a transfer destination. In the exchange 4, an incoming call analyzing part 5 makes a call from the telephone set 2 to be received by the telephone set 1 of the subscriber. A subscriber line signal analyzing part 11 analyzes an INFO signal of a conventional flexphone and also analyzes a call number and a disconnection period of time. A transfer control part 12 controls ongoing- communication transfer. A disconnection control part 13 measures a disconnection period of time received from the telephone set 1 and disconnects a transferred call when the disconnection period of time passes. A disconnection detection control part 14 detects disconnection of the caller's telephone set 2 or the receiver's telephone set 3 and notifies the subscriber of the disconnection.
