摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate transfer service more effectively. SOLUTION: A termination control section 10 transmits communication signals, including the telephone number of a termination side telephone 3 received from an origination side telephone 2, to the termination side telephone 3 and initiates transfer processing through a transfer control section 11 based on the number of times of ringing tone for the termination side telephone 3. A transfer destination deciding section 12 makes a decision whether a transfer destination telephone 4 is in busy or power interruption state or not and initiates retransfer processing through the transfer control section if it is in busy or power interruption state. The transfer control section 11 determines a retransfer destination telephone 5 based on contractor information data 13 storing information concerning to retransfer destination and then transmits a communication signal received from the origination side telephone 2 to the retransfer destination telephone 5.
