The equipment 3 is provided with a moving image/sound storing part 5 for storing moving images and voices and a residence-sorted mode managing means 18, and when a residence to be a visiting destination of a visitor is set up to a presence mode, the means 18 transmits the moving image and voice of the visitor to the corresponding communication terminal. When the corresponding residence is set up to an absent mode, the means 18 stores the moving image and voice of the visitor in the moving image/voice storing part 5.
