CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber of an ISDN 5 transmits a call and this call is received by a trunk circuit TRK 4, a central controller CC 1 retrieves a connection history memory MEM 2 based on the calling subscriber number information on the incoming call and displays the retrieved history data on a display device DPY 72 of an attendant board ATT 7. The operator of the ATT 7 transmits the called extension number if detected out of the display to the CC 1 via a selection input part KB 73. The CC 1 sets a message channel between an extension telephone STA 6 and the ISDN 5 via the TRK 4, a switch SW 3 and a subscriber circuit LC 8. Thus, the operator of the ATT 7 can selects the incoming calls while looking at the DPY 72 so as to prevent the mishearing the calling subscriber numbers and to quickly secure the connection of the incoming calls.

When occupied, the central processing unit makes the connection disable, and when idle, the central processing unit makes a call to the terminal equipment. In this calling, identification data of a call signal are provided in management data by the personal number of the called party and even when two persons or over use the same terminal equipment in common, an incoming call to a relevant called party is identified.
