    • PURPOSE:To obtain high sensitivity both in open space and a state carried by a human body by integrating an antenna effective when carried by a human body and an antenna having an excellent characteristic in open space into one radio equipment. CONSTITUTION:A helical antenna 1 is fitted so as to be wound onto a belt 5 at both sides of a radio equipment 4 and one terminal of the helical antenna 1 is connected to a feeder. Moreover, a conductor (loop antenna element) 2 of a straight line shape is fitted to the belt 5 and both ends not connected to a feeding point 3 of the lead 2 are connected to the human body to an arm, for example. When a portable radio equipment 4 used while carried by and connected to the human body to an arm, for example, is removed from the arm (human body), a helical or zigzag antenna 1 works and a high gain is realized. When the equipment is connected to the human body, to the arm, for example, the resonance frequency of the helical or zigzag antenna 1 is transited, a loop antenna 2 works and remarkable deterioration in the gain is not caused. Thus, high sensitivity is obtained both in the state connected to the human body and in the state removed from the human body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in reception sensitivity by commonly utilizing a battery by means of a radio call reception part and a portable telephone part and preventing noise from coming into the radio call reception part. SOLUTION: The radio call reception equipment 5 receives a radio call signal by a radio call antenna 1, demodulates it and outputs it to a radio call control part 7 and an intermittent reception timing generating part 9 through a noise preventing photocoupler 6. The radio call control part 7 detects call information of a self station by a demodulation signal and transmits it to a user, an intermittent reception timing generating part 9 closes a switch 10 and the radio call reception equipment 5 receives a call signal by the power feeding of a capacitor 13. Simultaneously the switch 12 is opened, the charging circuit of the capacitor 13 is interrupted and noise generated in the radio call control part 7 and the portable telephone part 8 is interrupted. The switch 12 is closed at the time of no reception and the capacitor 13 is charged. In this way, the radio call reception part and the portable telephone part commonly utilize the battery 11 and noise is prevented from coming into the radio call reception part through a power source system so that reception sensitivity is not deteriorated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the maximum length of a main-body part smaller than the total length of a battery and an information means, thereby to enable improvement of the feeling of fitting on an arm, to ensure a space large enough for enabling mounting of an electronic component in respect to the flat area of a circuit board and also to make it possible to design arbitrarily the disposition of a hatch for replacement of the battery. SOLUTION: This electronic device is equipped with a main-body case 3 inside which a circuit board 8 and an electronic component 11 are held, a case back 5 which covers the back side of the main-body case 3, a strap part 2 for fitting the main-body case 3 on an arm, a vibrating motor 9 held in the main-body case 3 and conducting information to a user, a coin type battery 10 supplying power to the circuit board 8 and a battery replacement hatch 6 for replacing the battery 10 fitted in the case back 5 of the main-body case 3. It has a structure wherein the vibrating motor 9 is so disposed as to overlap with the battery 10, on the side opposite to the arm fitting side of the battery 10 disposed on the arm fitting side of the main-body case 3, while the battery replacement hatch 6 is formed to be swollen so that it covers the battery 10 from the arm fitting side of the main-body case 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in reception sensitivity of a radio call reception section by stopping an intermittent reception operation of a portable telephone set in the case that a timing of intermittent reception by a portable telephone set transmission/reception section and that of a radio call reception section are overlapped. SOLUTION: A radio call reception section 5 receives intermittently a radio call signal exclusive for calling. An intermittent reception timing generating section 6 generates an intermittent reception timing to control the intermittent reception of the radio call reception section 5. A portable telephone transmission reception section 7 uses a radio wave to make two-way communication with a base station. An intermittent reception timing generating section 8 generates a timing signal to control the intermittent reception in the case of a standby state of the transmission reception section 7 in a radio zone area or in the case of retrieval of a base station at the outside of a radio zone area. An intermittent timing signal comparator section 9 compares the intermittent reception timing of the reception sections 5, 7 based on outputs from the generating sections 6, 8. An operation stop/restoration control section 10 stops the intermittent reception operation of the transmission reception 7 when the intermittent reception timing of the transmission reception section 7 and that of the reception section 5 are equal.
