    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position a primary coil and a secondary coil, which effects the distance between them and a passage of magnetic flux, for efficiently charging electronic equipment equipped with a charge system by conventional electromagnetic inductive coupling. SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment, a primary cell 1, the secondary coil 2, and a magnetic flux shielding member 4 are fixed to a frame body 3. The frame body 3 is fixed to a circuit board 5 with a plurality of positioning bosses etc. It is possible to arrange an electronic component between the secondary coil 2 and the circuit board 5, which has been a dead space, by the magnetic flux shielding member 4. A short-circuit preventing wall 7 for preventing an electrical short circuit between the electronic component 6 and the secondary cell 1 is constituted in the frame body 3. It is thereby possible to improve positioning precision each part and improve the assembly efficiency of the electronic equipment.
