摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the anticorrosive coated steel pile excellent in anticorrosiveness and durability, nearly free from peel of coated layer due to bending elastic force and easily capable of mutual fitting at a joint part by providing a thick coat layer composed of a plastic layer and an adhesive agent layer on one side of a steel pile body and a thin coat layer on the outside of the joint part. CONSTITUTION:The 0.6-4mm. thick coated layer 5 provided on each surface of the inside of a U-type steel pile 2 is composed especially preferably of an adhesive agent layer 7 and a crosslinking plastic layer 6 where the crosslinking degree shown by gel ratio is given by 20-100%. A thin coated layer 10 with a thickness 0.1-0.5mm. bonded with a comparatively thin plastic layer 9 through an adhesive agent layer 8 is provided on the outside of a joint part 4 in the form of a belt. It is desired from the point of prevention of the coated layer 10 on the joint part 4 from peel to lap this thin coated layer 10 respectively partially over both end sides of the thick coated layer 5.

In this case, the polyolefin used is polypropylene for example, the color pigment is a master batch type, the antioxidant is 4,4'-thiobis(3-methyl-t-butylphenol), and the ultraviolet rays absorber is benzophenone series one, for example.

摘要： PURPOSE:To greatly improve the durability, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties of a steel sheet pile by covering part of at least one side of the steel sheet pile with a bridged plastic sheet through an adhesive layer having hot bonding property. CONSTITUTION:Part of at least one side of a steel sheet pile 2 is provided with an adhesive layer of an olefinic polymer, etc., having a bonding temperature range of about 50-200 deg.C. A bridged plastic layer 6 having a cross linking degree (as represented by gel fraction) of about 20-100% is integrally bonded to the steel sheet pile 2 through the adhesive layer 7. The excellent protective covering of the steel sheet pile can thus be maintained for a long period of time.

A sealing material is firmly adhered in a beltlike manner to both the surface of the steel sheet pile 2 at the outside of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 along the edge of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 of the steel pile 2 and the edge of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 to form a sealing layer 8.

The coating sheet 4 supplied continuously or intermittently from the rolled coating sheet 5 of coating sheet supplying mechanism is supplied and arranged facing to one side of the steel sheet pile 1 after the adhesive agent layer is heated by a heater 8 for the coating sheet. Thereafter, the coating sheet 4 is pushed by a pushing mechanism composed of pushing members 7a, 7b, 7c along the surface of the heated steel sheet pile 1 to form a coated layer 10. Finally, it is cooled by a cooling device 9 down to the ordinary temperature if necessary.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a steel sheet pile by sticking a coating sheet composed of a thermally adhesive binder layer and a cross-linking plastic layer closely on the surface of a preheated steel sheet pile. CONSTITUTION:The coating sheet with a plastic layer is supplied on the surface of a steel sheet pile, pressure is applied to the surface of the coating sheet to be deformed in the form of U-section and the coating sheet deformed in the U-form is pushed against the surface of the heated steel sheet pile. The steel sheet pile 1 has a body with a U-form section and a joint part 14 bent outward on the flange parts 13 of both sides. The coating sheet 4 preferably consists, for examle, of an adhesive layer with adhesive temperatures 50-200 deg.C and a plastic layer with a melting point exceeding that of the binder. The outermost layer of the steel sheet pile with such constitution has heat resistance, shock resistance, weather resistance, durability and can resist against corrosion for a long period.

CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet pile 2 is preheated, and a 0.7-3.0mm.-thick covering sheet 5 consisting of a brided plastic layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7 having a specific bonding temperature range of about 50-200 deg.C is set by turning its adhesive layer 7 on the surface of the pile 2 and pressed along the surface of the pile 2 by an external pressing force for bonding. The surface of the steel sheet pile can thus be protected from being directly exposed to water, air, and sunshine and therefore, the high corrosion resistance of the steel sheet pile can be kept for a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION:The basal ends of many steel brackets 5 are fixed to the surrounding lower than the corrosive portion A of a driven steel member 1. A water-swelling water stopper 2 is adhered to circumferential face and end portions to be touched by the part 1 of paired semi-annular bottom forms 7 with a flange 6 and the forms 7 are connected by thrusting a bolt 8 through the flange 6. A reinforcement is set on the inside of a pair of forms 9 to make up paired semi-cylindrical side forms 17 set around the corrosive portion, many split-type bands 13 are set on the periphery, and a water stopper 2 on the lower end of the forms 9 is set on the forms 7. The water stoppers 2 on the circumferential end portion are contacted with each other. The forms 9 are connected with a bolt 19, the forms 9 and 7 are connected with a bolt 20, sea water in the space surrounded by the forms 9 and 7 and the part 1 is discharged, and a hardening filler is packed.
