摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the reference plane level of a surface table without any need for a worker to enter within a steel pipe pile by suspending a surface table member within the pile via a metal fixture mounted on a steel pipe pile head, adjusting the roof positional level of the surface table member with a vertically movable jig and then fixing the surface table member within the steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: A surface table member 1 for forming the surface table plane of a post has channel steels 3 respectively welded to the forward ends of angle steel members 2 assembled like a cross, and the roof as the upper surface of the channel steels 3 is used as a reference plane for erecting the post. For forming a surface table, a rod material 6 is fitted to a sheet pile catcher 4 on the upper surface of the channel steel 3, and the surface table member 1 is suspended within a steel pipe pile 5. Also, the rod member 6 is attached to a metal fixture 7 mounted on the head of the steel pipe pile 5. A level adjustment nut 8 attached to each metal fixture 7 is rotated for vertically moving the rod material 6 screwed to the nut 8 and the level of a surface table installation position is thereby adjusted. Thereafter, concrete is placed in the steel pipe pile 5, thereby fixing the surface table member 1 within the steel pipe pile 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect a post without fixing the leg part there of an anchor bolt by applying the constitution that a plurality of positioning devices with gauge materials slidable on a seating are mounted on a steel pipe pile head, and the post suspended within the pile is adjusted to suit a position contact with the positionally adjusted and fixed gauge materials. SOLUTION: Two to four pieces of a horizontal positioning device having a seating 1 and a gauge material 2 slidable mounted thereon, are arranged on a head part of a steel pipe pile erected on foundation concrete. Then, the erection position of a post such as a steel pipe post is measured and the gauge material 2 is made to slide on the seating 1 so that the forward end position of the gauge material 2 is aligned with the external surface of the post at the measured erection position. The gauge material 2 is thereby positioned and fixed to the top plate 3 of the seating 1. Thereafter, the post is suspended and inserted within the steel pipe pile and after the post is positionally adjusted and held so as to come into contact with the guide material 2, and fixture such as a wedge is inserted in a gap between the post and the steel pipe pile. The post is thereby fixed and then concrete is placed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily fix a post within a steel pipe pile via the wedge action of male and female camber materials even in a small gap by applying the constitution that a temporary fixing device with the male camber material fitted into space between the thick plates of the female camber material having a rod material welded between the thick plates, is inserted in a gap between the internal surface of a steel pipe pile and the external surface of a post, and then the male camber material is hammered. SOLUTION: A female camber material 4 of a temporary fixing device has a rod material welded at the prescribed angle between two rectangular thick plates, and a guide pipe 3 is welded to the external surface of each thick plate. Furthermore, a male camber material 5 made of a square rod material of trapezoidal form or the like is fitted into and inserted into space between the thick plates of the female camber material 4. Then, a guide rod 7 is passed through the guide pipe 3. Also, the temporary fixing device is locked with stoppers 8 at the upper and lower positions of the guide rod 7, and inserted in a gap between a pile and a post in the steel pipe pile by use of the guide rod 7, thereby installing the temporary fixing device at the prescribed position in a gap between the steel pipe pile and the post. Thereafter, the upper surface of the male camber material 5 is driven with a hammer or the like, thereby fastening the post within the steel pipe pile via the wedge action of the male camber material 5 and the female camber material 4.
