    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar metal bonded joint capable of securing superior corrosion resistance and sufficient bond strength, and achieving efficient bonding, and a dissimilar metal bonding method.SOLUTION: The dissimilar metal bonded joint 1 includes: a galvanized steel sheet 2 with a galvanized layer 2a formed on one surface or both surfaces thereof; an aluminum alloy sheet 3 in which at least a part of the one surface is disposed oppositely to the galvanized layer 2a; a weld part in which the galvanized steel sheet 2 and the aluminum alloy sheet 3 are spot-welded to each other; and an adhesive layer 4 arranged at a part between the galvanized steel sheet 2 and the aluminum alloy sheet 3. The adhesive layer 4 contains an epoxy resin 5, and one or two or more kinds of Zn alloy particles 6 composed of, by mass, ≥1% to ≤40% in total of one or two or more kinds of elements selected from among Mg, Ni, Cr, Co and Al, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, contains Zn alloy particles 6 of, by volume fraction, ≥1% to ≤40%.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a chromium-free surface-treated galvanized steel sheet which has a surface treatment film with a two-layer structure comprising an underlayer as a bonding layer formed by a coating agent containing a silane coupling agent and an upper coating layer thereon, and has satisfactory corrosion resistance.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the chromium-free surface-treated galvanized steel sheet having a bonding layer formed on the galvanized steel sheet by the coating agent containing an organic resin, the silane coupling agent and a corrosion inhibitor, and a functional organic coating layer formed thereon by a coating agent for forming the functional organic coating layer, comprises applying the coating agent for forming the bonding layer on the galvanized steel sheet or a zinc alloy-plated steel sheet to form the coating film, baking the coating film at 50 to 200°C, and subjecting the cured coating film to water cooling treatment and alkali cleaning treatment to form the bonding layer, wherein the alkali cleaning treatment is performed at cleaning bath conditions of pH 9 to 12 and 70°C or lower.
