    • PURPOSE:To effect demolition work safely at all times by a method wherein a cooling water supplying tube and a discharging tube, projected from the base end of a tubular bag body, are connected to a cooling water supplying hose and a discharging hose while the tubular bag body, filled with explosive, is inserted into a blasting hole and cooling water is supplied to the supplying tube. CONSTITUTION:A cooling water supplying tube 5 is inserted into the tip end of a tubular bag body 1 while penetrating through a lid body 2 and an explosive charge 4 is arranged on the fore part of the supplying tube 5. When the cooling water supplying tube 5 is inserted into a blasting hole 16 through the lid body 2, the tube 5 is inserted easily into the blasting hole 16 while being pushed through the explosive charge 4. The tubular bag body 1 is formed of a soft flexible material and, therefore, the bag body 1 can be inserted smoothly even when recessed and projected surfaces or curvatures are generated on the internal wall of the blasting hole 16. When cooling water is sent into the supplying tube 5 in the tubular bag body 1 through a cooling water hose 7, the tubular bag body 1 is filled with the cooling water and the charge 4 as well as a primer 10 are submerged into the cooling water and adiabatic effect is generated with respect to a high temperature from the side of the blasting hole 16 while the tubular bag body 1 is inflated and the outer peripheral surface is contacted closely and wholely with the inner wall of the blasting hole 16. The temperature of the cooling water is risen and the cooling water is discharged to the outside of a system through a discharging hose 9.

    • PURPOSE:To bore a blasting hole of good accuracy to a blast furnace and to disassemble the furnace with good efficiency by breaking and removing the side wall refractories of the furnace to expose the residual pig at furnace bottom, boring the blasting hole by rotating and advancing the drill body of a boring device and loading gunpowder into the hole, then exploding the residual pig, thereby disassembling the furnace. CONSTITUTION:The side wall refractories of the blast furnace 1 are removed to expose the residual pig 2 in the bottom of the furnace 1 and a boring device 4 disposed with the drill body 8 having a cutting bit 8a at the tip on a luffing arm 18 of a moving carriage 17 in such a manner that said body can be freely rotated and moved forward and backward is used. The blasting port 3 is bored in the residual pit 2 by advancing the drill body 8 while rotating the same. The gunpowder is then loaded into the port 3 and is exploded to break and disassemble the residual pig 2. The outside circumference of the refractories in the bottom of the furnace 1 is partly removed. The boring of the above- mentioned blasting hole 3 the explosion of the residual pig 2 and removal of the bottom refractories are repeatedly carried out. The blast furnace 1 is thereby efficiently disassembled.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to correctly and efficiently bore a uniform hole and at the same time facilitate the drawing-out of a cutting bit after boring by a method wherein the cutting bit is fed at the fixed feed rate by the actuation of a motor for feeding a slide and pressure water or the like is jetted from the bit in a bored hole and the slide is retreated by means of a return mechanism, when the hole with the predetermined depth is bored. CONSTITUTION:A hollow rod 4 is rotated at a certain rotational speed, which is suitable for cutting reinforced concrete, by the rotary driving motor 7 of a rotary boring device, which is fixed through the mounting brackets 29 ana 30 of a frame 8 onto the top surface of the elevating arm of a travelling truck. At the same time, a screw rod 9 is rotated by a feeding motor 10 so as to advance a slide 1, which engages through a clamping piece with the rod 9. Fluid is jetted, from the tip of a cutting bit 5 in a bored hole so as to discharge chips through gap between the hollow rod 4 and the bored hole out of the hole. When the hole with the desired depth is bored in a reinforced concrete, the screw rod 9 is rotated reversely by driving the feeding motor 10 so as to retreat the slide 1 along the screw rod 9.
