摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the cut-off of a suture and also to raise the flexibility of the jointing part, by exposing a reinforcing layer from a skin at both end parts and by stacking each ply at specific postures, thereafter by suturing the end parts of the reinforcing layer to be covered with the skin. CONSTITUTION:At both end parts of a conveyer belt 1 a reinforcing layer 2 is exposed from a skin 3, and each ply 2a-2c are formed into step-like forms pointed to reverse directions each other at the direction of thickness of the belt 1. Thereafter plies at postures where each end face is orientated in mutually faced forms are stacked and sutured in zig-zag form toward the longitudinal or width direction. Additionally the whole of the exposed end parts of the reinforcing layer 2 is covered with a skin 4, and adhered to the reinforcing layer 2 and the skin 3 with natural curing or heat curing, or an adhesives.

The automatic meandering adjusting device 10a of a belt conveyor driven by the power supply device 10 includes a rotary driving means 19 which rotates a roller supporting means 16 having a meandering correction roller 15 supporting the conveyor belt 11 from below horizontally with respect to the conveyor belt 11, and a control device 69 correcting the meandering movement of the conveyor belt 11 by an output from a belt meandering amount detection means 68a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a joining strength, and prevent an exfoliation arising from an impact load or deformation during usage so as to elongate a useful life by applying a diffusion bonding of a hard metal plate, which becomes an abrasion proof face, and an main substrate to be welded via an inserting plate. SOLUTION: A W-Co system hard metal abrasion proof plate 11, an anoxia copper plate 12, oxygen content of which is 1,000 ppm or less and is acting as a stress easing member, and a steel plate 13, which being a main substrate to be welded, are piled in succession, and are heated to 800-1,000 deg.C in vacuum with a pressure of 30 pa or less, or under an inert gas atmosphere. Then, a pressure welding is carried out for 20-90 minutes, at 0.1-20 Mpa to make it to be an abrasion proof liner 10. In that case, a width ratio of the insert plate 12 against the hard metal 11 is made to be 0.2-0.5. Also, a projection 16 is provided on a face of the welding substrate 13, where the substrate 13 contacts with an objective article 15, which being a sintered ore transferring chute and the like, so as to make an adhesion, fixing by a stud welding easy. Further, an insulation article 17 is applied to a side face of the abrasion proof plate 10 and a peripheral part of the bottom face for avoiding an electric conduct between the adjacent abrasion plates 10 at the welding time.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the development of flaw below the surface layer part of the steel slab newly on the surface part, at the time of partially cleaning the remaining flaw after hot-scarfing the whole surface of a steel slab. CONSTITUTION: After hot-scarfing (n4) the whole surface of the steel slab, the tangible flaw is detected (n5), and when the ratio R of the area S1 to clean this detected flaw to the whole area is >= about 30%, again the hot-scarfing is executed to the whole surface. In the case of being less than this value, abrasive water jet as the mixed material of grinding grains and liquid is injected to execute a minite cleaning (n9). After grinding with the abrasive water jet in such a way, the steel slab is rolled (n10) without detecting the remaining flaw.
