摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fallen material recovering device without using a power source, which can recover the fallen material in a wide range under a belt conveyor at a relatively low cost and which can be installed with a relatively small constraint on space. SOLUTION: A fallen material recovering conveyor 42, which is held in the nearly parallel condition with a return belt 14b by the energizing force of an elastic member and which can be vertically turned around a rotary shaft 300 of an intefmediate part, is provided under a belt conveyor 42. A first pulley 43 and a first driving force uptaking roller, which is pressed to the lower surface of the return belt 14b with the rotation of the fallen material recovering conveyor 42 around the rotary shaft 300, are connected to each other by a normal rotating power transmitting means, and a second pulley 44 and a second driving force uptaking roller, which is pressed to the lower surface of the return belt 14b with the reverse rotation of the fallen material recovering conveyor belt 42 around the rotary shaft 300, are connected to each other through a reverse rotating power transmitting means.

As a result, the 1st coil spring 12 tries to be elongated and its power is operated to cancel the jump-up power of reversing preventing member 1. Besides, when the reversing preventing member 1 swing backward and the roller 5 is landed on the streamlined member, it is similar as well.
