    • PURPOSE: To provide a tuyere exchanging method and a tuyere stocker to be used therefor by which plural tuyeres can be stored, the continuity, workability and safety of the tuyere exchanging work can be improved and the reduction of the workers can be attained, a catch can automatically be positioned at the tuyere without damaging a large-round inner peripheral surface and a catch at the time of pulling out the tuyere and the tuyere can be held by the catch without driving power. CONSTITUTION: The tuyere 13 is held and pulled out by a tuyere exchanging device 10, then carried to the tuyere stocker 70. The pulled out tuyere 13 is inserted and fitted into an empty tuyere locking member 77 being at the tuyere exchanging position (a) of a rotary body 74 among the tuyere locking members 77 provided in the rotary body 74 in the tuyere stocker 70. Successively, the rotary body 74 is turned by a turning means 80 in the tuyere stocker 70, and the new tuyere 130 inserted and fitted into the other tuyere locking member 77 while holding wt. balance in the right and left directions, is arranged at the tuyere exchanging position (a), then pulled out by the tuyere exchanging device 10 and fitted to the bottom part of a furnace.

    • PURPOSE: To enable a catch to be automatically positioned to the restraining position of a tuyere and to be restrained with non-motive power without damaging a large round inner wall surface and the catch by mounting a means for rocking and horizontally moving a tuyere exchanging head having a means for automatically opening the catch on a truck. CONSTITUTION: This tuyere exchanging device 10 for attaching/detaching the tuyere 13 at the large round tip part fitted to a furnace shell at a furnace bottom part is provided with the catch 40 capable of being attachable/detachable to/from a part to be restrained formed at the base part of the tuyere 13, and the tuyere exchanging head 34 capable of being rocked while being guided along the large round inner peripheral surface. Further, the device 10 is provided with a floating means for rocking the tuyere exchanging head 34 in the horizontal condition in the vertical, horizontal and turning directions, horizontal moving means 25b, 32 for horizontally moving a moving member 31 to which the tuyere exchanging head 34 is fitted, the moving truck 14 for mounting these means, and further, an opening/closing means for automatically closing the catch 40 with the energizing force of an elastic member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uncomfortable noises and impulse generated from a reversing lock device when conveying a coaster through a chain to a higher position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rod 10 supported at its lower end by a roller supporting member 6 so as to swing, rod supporting member 11 linked to the coaster while supporting the intermediate part of rod so as to axially slide it and supporting that sliding part so as to swing it, 1st coil spring 12 positioned between the lower part of rod 10 and the rod supporting member 11 and fitted to this rod, and 2nd coil spring 13 positioned between the rod supporting member 11 and the upper part of rod 10 and fitted to the rod. When a roller 5 moves over the peak spot of streamlined member and a reversing preventing member 1 jumps up, the rod 10 rises together so that the 1st coil spring 12 is contracted. As a result, the 1st coil spring 12 tries to be elongated and its power is operated to cancel the jump-up power of reversing preventing member 1. Besides, when the reversing preventing member 1 swing backward and the roller 5 is landed on the streamlined member, it is similar as well.
