摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a coated metal plate having a coating film containing an organic resin the processability of which does not deteriorate with the passage of time. CONSTITUTION:In a film of a coated metal plate, 95wt.% or more of resin components excluding a cross-linking agent is occupied by a resin which indicates no endothermic peak in its glass transition area when the glass transition temperature is measured by differential thermal analysis after repeated operations in which the resin, after being allowed to stand at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature, is allowed to stand at a temperature lower than the glass transition temperature and no increase in the glass transition temperature after the manufacture of the resin. It is preferable that the glass transition temperature of the film is 40 deg.C or below and the raw metal plate is a galvanized steel plate with a plated metal quantity on one side exceeding 40g/m . In this way, the initial processability of the plate can be kept after being stored for one year in a warehouse, indicating no deterioration with the passage of time.

CONSTITUTION:The front surface of a galvanized steel sheet 1 pretreated by a pretreatment device 2 is subjected to primer coating by the 3-roll coater of a first front surface coating device 3 and in succession, its rear is subjected to primer coating by the first rear coating device 4. After the coatings are baked by a first baking device 5, the front surface is subjected to finish coating by the roller curtain coater of a second front surface coating device 6. In succession, the rear is subjected to finish coating by a second rear coating device 7. The coating is then baked by a second baking device 8, by which the two- layered coating is executed. Three or more layers of the coating is executed by repeating the same coating as the second coating at need.

CONSTITUTION:Slurry contained in washing water is received by a funnel 2 and poured into a first slurry tank 4 through a conduit 3. Slurry settled in the first slurry tank 4 is introduced to a wet cyclone 6 through a conduit 5 where slurry is separated into enriched slurry and clarified liquid. Enriched slurry is introduced to a second slurry tank 8 through a conduit 7 while clarified liquid is introduced to a third slurry tank 10 through a conduit 9 both continuously. Enriched slurry settled in the second slurry tank 8 is introduced to a mixer 12 or a press-filter 13 through a conduit 11 and treated therein continuously. Clarified liquid, introduced to the third slurry tank 10, is introduced to an ejecting nozzle portion 15 through a conduit 14 and ejected against a return belt 1A.
