    • PURPOSE:To enable the integral assembly and removal of the coating material supplying device into and from a coating material can without manual labor by allowing a truck for carrying in and out of the coating material cans and a truck of integral transportation on both sides of a row of assembling and removing bases of a coating material circulating/coating material adjusting unit into and from the coating material cans and disposing a frame for checking the coating material cans on the traveling region of the truck for carrying in and out of the coating material cans. CONSTITUTION:The coating material cans 5 are mounted, after the end of coating, onto a unit mounting base 6 together with the coating material circulating/coating material adjusting unit and are transported by the self-traveling truck 26 to the empty position of the removing base. The coating material circulating/coating material adjusting unit is lifted from the unit mounting base 6 by a transfer device 31 and is transported to a washing device at the height to avoid interference with the coating material circulating/coating material adjusting unit on the placing base. After the unit is washed in this device, the unit is transferred by the transfer device 31 to the placing base. The removing base is thereafter risen and is checked from a deck 41. The upper caps of the coating material cans 5 are mounted. The removing base is then lowered and the coating material cans 5 are held mounted on a coating material circulating/coating material adjusting unit mounting base 6 by the first self-traveling truck 21 and are carried in this state outside the coating material supplying equipment.

By interaction between the receiving table 6 and the expansion/shrinkage receiving device 7, the whole face of the steel sheet 1 is supported while adjusting the sheet shape and the fine compressive liner strain is highly and stably obtd. with the liner teeth 4 and the iron loss of the steel plate 1 can de drastically lowered.

    • PURPOSE:To form linear strains having a high iron loss decreasing effect regardless of the shapes, etc., of a grain oriented electrical steel sheet by using a tooth profile consisting of a good elastic material as the tooth profile for forming the linear strains, connecting the same to a metallic mold and pressing the same to the steel sheet with a rolling force control device at the time of decreasing the iron loss of the above-mentioned steel sheet by forming the compressive linear strains thereto. CONSTITUTION:The grain oriented electrical steel sheet 1 prior to or after finish annealing or the steel sheet subjected to an insulating film treatment after the finish annealing is passed over a receiving base 8 of a press device 2 in an arrow direction by feed rolls 9. The tooth profile 4 consisting of the good elastic material having many fine wire-shaped teeth 5 is mounted to the metallic mold 3 via the rolling force control device 6 and the wire shaped teeth 5 are pressed by a forward/backward driving device 7 onto the steel sheet 1 to form the compressive linear strains, by which the iron loss of the electrical steel sheet 1 is decreased. The wire-shaped teeth 5 are mounted to the good elastic tooth profile 4 consisting of a spring steel, mild steel, etc., and having high elasticity and since the rolling force control device 6 exists, the compressive linear strains are formed uniformly over the entire surface of the steel sheet even if the steel sheet 1 is crowned. The excellent iron loss decreasing effect is thus obtd.

Thus steel plates can be cut within a plurality of shearing speeds composed of the maximum shearing speed and the shearing speed of 1/N of the maximum shearing speed.
