    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate friction damping between a gear and a pulley for timing belt, suppress the transmission of torque fluctuation to the gear as much as possible, and reduce tooth hitting sound of the gear by inserting thin plates accumulated between the gear connected with a fuel injection pump and the pulley for timing belt. SOLUTION: In a timing train system which transmits the rotation of a crank shaft of an engine to a cam shaft and auxiliary mechinery by combining a gear and a timing belt, several thin plates 400 are provided between a pulley 2 and the gear 3, attached to the pulley 2 and the gear 3 by using a bolt 12, and then are fixed to a rotary shaft 1 by using a bolt 11. At this time, a diameter of a mounting hole of the bolt 12 of the pulley 2 and the thin plates 400 is set to be slightly larger than a diameter of the bolt 12. When torque fluctuation occurs in a fuel injection pump and the fluctuation is transmitted to the gear 3 at the time of driving, friction is generated among the pulley 2 and the gear 3 and the thin plates 400 due to a clearance between the mounting hole and the bolt 12 to damp the torque fluctuation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized EGT valve device with a high responsiveness. SOLUTION: When a current is carried to a solenoid part 13, a solenoid shaft 12 is pushed down to warp a reed valve 6D situated on a lower plate 6C, whereby the air of an atmospheric pressure chamber 9 is carried into a negative pressure chamber 8. Since a diaphragm part 6 is thus moved down by the differential pressure between both the chambers, and an EGR valve 4 is also moved down through a shaft 7, EGR gas quantity is reduced. The positions of the diaphragm part 6 and the EGR valve 4 can be quickly and used according to the change of the current-carrying quantity to the solenoid part 13. Further, since an air passage 5 is allowed to communicate with a space 17 through a hollow part 16, and the diameter of the EGR valve 4 is substantially equal to that of a piston 15, the force by the pressure difference between the EGR valve and the upper and lower surfaces of the piston is canceled. Therefore, the driving force to the valve 4 can be minimized even when the EGR gas quantity is increased, and the device can be miniaturized.

    • PURPOSE: To simply provide a multistage shift pattern by a method wherein given ports through which each friction fastening element and each solenoid valve are intercoupled are intercommunicated through a mechanical switching valve and the feed and discharge of an oil pressure to and from the pressure chambers of friction fastening elements and the mechanical switching valve are controlled by solenoid valves. CONSTITUTION: The constitution elements of a plurality of planetary gear trains to which an engine power is inputted are selectively intercoupled or fixed by a plurality of friction fastening elements C (C1 -C3 ) and B (B1 -B4 ) to produce a desired wheel drive force. A mechanical switching valve 6A has a pair of pressure chambers 62 and 63, an oil pressure is fed to one pressure chamber 62, and given ports through which the friction fastening elements C and B, solenoid valves 5A-5C, and a manual valve 8 are intercoupled are intercommunicated. Further, an oil pressure is fed to the other pressure chamber 63 and other ports are intercommunicated in a similar manner described above. A plurality of the solenoid valves 5A-5C excited and operated according to the running state of a vehicle control the feed and discharge of an oil pressure to and from the pressure chambers 62 and 63 of the friction fastening elements C and B and the mechanical switching valve 6A.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a small size and a light weight of the whole body of an automatic transmission device, by reducing a shock in the engagement and the removal of clutches and brakes of the automatic transmission device without using an accumulator, and simplifying the structure of a hydraulic control device. CONSTITUTION:In a hydraulic control device in an automatic transmission device which carries out the speed change of a vehicle by feeding a hydraulic pressure to and exhausting a hydraulic pressure from clutches C0 to C2, and brakes B0 to B3 provided to a gear transmitting member, solenoid valves 11 to 16 are provided between the clutches and the brakes, and a pump to be a hydraulic pressure source, and by driving the solenoid valves selectively according to the condition of the vehicle, the feeding or the exhausting of the hydraulic pressure to the clutches and the brakes is controlled directly. And the amount of the hydraulic pressure fed to the clutches and the brakes is also duty- controlled by the solenoid valves 11 to 16. To each oil passage from a solenoid valve to a clutch and a brake, at least one change-over valve of the change-over valves 21 to 30 is provided.
