摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the centrifugal production of a cover by a method in which a partition formwork is interposed through a section profile between the adjacent molding plates of a formwork unit, after placing a hardening material, the hardening material and fibers are supplied while turning the formwork unit, and the molded object is removed and cut at a specific position. CONSTITUTION:A split cylinder-type formwork unit 4, consisting of a flange side, outer molding plates 1 and 2, and connecting metals 3, is set, where the metal tools 3 and a partition formwork 5 are connected with bolts 6 and the formwork 5 is interposed through a section profile 7 forming bolt holes between the adjacent molding plates 1. A hardening (with time) material 8 for flange is packed into the space formed by the formwork 5 and the molding plates 1 and compacted while turning the unit 4 and its supporter. While further turning the unit 4, the hardening (with time) material for cover and fibers are supplied and hardened, and the molded object is removed. The bolt 6 is removed away to separate the formwork 5, and the molded groove bottom is cut off by cutter.

The upper end of each of the piles 2 is molten, cut off at a given level on the plate 6 and a pile head- connecting frame 7 is welded to the upper end. The band 4, the beam 5, and the plate 6 are removed, and a formwork 10 is set on the formwork-supporting beam 9 supported through a hanger 8 by the frame 7.

The urethane elastomer used is prepared by mixing an isocyanate and a polyol. Damage to the paint film can thus be prevented during the driving operations, and the corrosion resistance of the sheet pile can be kept for long period of time.

A time-setting filler, e.g., concrete is injected into the space between the reinforced portion and the formworks 3.
