    • PURPOSE:To easily construct a guide framework equipment in a short time by a method in which a steel guide framework connected with large numbers of tubular columns is set on the ground of the seabed, support piles are thrust through each tubular column and driven into the ground, and the support piles are connected with the tubular columns. CONSTITUTION:Large numbers of tubular columns 6 are set at intervals on a circle and connected with each other through connectors 7, and an annular receiving seat 1 to support the lower ends of sheet piles for constituting a cell structure is set to form a steel guide framework 5. The guide framework 5 is delivered by a crane ship and set on the ground 3 of the seabed, support piles 4 are thrust through each tubular column 6 and driven into the support ground, and cement mortar is packed into the spaces between the tubular columns 6 and the support piles 4. Connecting frames and upper guide framework are orderly set on the guide framework 5 to assemble a cell structure.
