CONSTITUTION:When a selection switch 20 is operated into the second operation mode E-A/C, a relay coil 23 will not be powered and a hot water valve 11 is therefore closed so that a heater 5 will not fulfill the heating function. Since a relay coil 24 is then powered, a contact point 24a is closed so that a potentiometer 28 is connected to a thermistor 25 in the series relation. A resistance between an input point Q of a voltage comparison circuit 26 and the earth corresponds to the temperature which is virtually lower than the actual temperature at the lower side of an evaporator 3, hence fluctuated according to the position of a temperature control damper 4. A control circuit 22 may control the synchronism of the intermittent operation of a refrigerant cycle 19 so that the temperature at the lower side of the evaporator 3 may be higher than the reference temperature.

CONSTITUTION:In a heating mode, a blowoff state changeover lever is operated to put dampers 20, 21, 32, 33 in positions shown by dotted lines, so that openings connected to upper blowoff ports 9, 10, 11, 12 are shut off and lower blowoff ports 7, 8 are opened. At that time, the end 18c of an auxiliary ventilation duct 18 at the side of the lower blowoff ports is opened and the end 18b of the duct 18 at the side of the upper blowoff ports is closed. As a result, air supplied by a blower 3b and heated by a heater core 4 is blown off toward the feet of riders from the lower blowoff ports 7, 8 to heat a vehicle room. The temperature of the blown-off air can be set at a desired level by changing the ratio of the quantity of warm air A dependent on the degree of opening of a temperature control damper 6 to that of cool air B flowing through a by-pass 5.

CONSTITUTION:When a moving contact 12a of a blower switch 12 is operated to a stop position in an air cleaner, a relay 13 is not energized leaving a relay contact 13a open. With this, when a moving contact 9a of a blower switch 9 in an air conditioner 1 is switched from a stop position over to either a low speed or a high speed position, voltage to be applied to a blower motor 5 for air conditioning will be high in order. On the other hand, when a blower 10 for air conditioning starts operating by a step of switching the moving contact 12a to either a low speed or a high speed position, the relay contact 13a is closed. As this configuration allows both terminals of a resister 6 to be always shorted, when a switch 9 is operated, the speed of the motor 5 is automatically switched over to a speed higher by one step.

CONSTITUTION:If a main lever 26 provided to an air conditioning device is moved in a direction A or B, a plate 19 is turned around the core of a shaft 13, and a plate 20 is turned around the core of a pin 22 through a spring 18. While the spring 18 is also moved in the direction, in which the main lever 26 moves, and a plate 15 is integrally turned with a hollow shaft 14. Accordingly, a damper 11 for use of an assistant's seat and a damper 12 for use of a driver's seat result to be turned simultaneously in the same direction. Next, if an auxiliary lever 23 is moved in directions C, D, an end part of the plate 20 is moved shuttling in directions E, F, and the plate 15 is finely turned with the hollow shaft 14 through the spring 18. In short, the damper 11 for use of the assistant's seat is finely turned, and temperature of air for the assistant's seat can be finely adjusted.
