CONSTITUTION:A vaporizer 78 serving as a heat-exchanger is arranged in an air guide duct 70 and on the wake flow side of a blower fan 74 and a subcooler 3 serving as an auxiliary heat-exchanger is arranged on the wake flow side of a fan 14 for suction in a suction duct 62. Both the vaporizer 78 and the subcooler 3 are arranged in the same freezing cycle and since the same refrigerant flows therein, a refrigerant cooled in the subcooler 3 by means of suction cold air flows in the vaporizer 78 in the air guide duct and is used for heat-exchanger. Air-conditioned air discharged through a discharge port 72 toward a peripheral space is sucked through a suction port 60 disposed in an opposite position, whereby only the periphery of seated passenger is centralizedly air-conditioned by means of the air-conditioned air. Further, energy used for cooling is reduced to a freezing cycle. In the increase of temperature to a desired value, a relatively lower flow rate of a refrigerant suffices for a value necessary to a freezing cycle, and saving of a power can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat pipe in which the heat transport control of the heat pipe becomes possible with a simple means and any malfunction is difficult to occur by filling the evaporating part of the heat pipe with a composition having an occlusive property for a working medium and discharging the working medium occuluded at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:A composition 2 having an occlusive property, sealed in the evaporating portion of the pipe 1 is generally used as a drying agent and is zeolite having a high affinity with water represented by a chemical formula of Na2O.Al2O.Al2O3.2SiO2.nH2 O, etc.). The composition 2 is sealed therein in weight approximately five times that of water which is a working medium. A wick 3 stuck over the entire surface of the side wall of the pipe 1 is constituted of a material capable of rapidly moving the working medium by utilizing a capillary phenomenon of a cloth or the like. Water which is used as a working medium receives an evaporation latent heat at the evapora tion portion 1a which is a high-temperature portion, and is evaporated, rising up within the pipe 1 and reaching a condensing portion 1b which is a low temperature portion, generating condensation latent heat to form water, flowing by the gravity and the capillary permeation of the wick and returning back to the evaporating portion 1a. Such operations are repeated and the transport of heat is conducted.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a regenerative heating and warming device for an automobile capable of providing a sufficient engine warming effect and an immediate heating effect in a car room immediately after starting an engine by way of forcibly regenerating and insulating high temperature cooling water at the time when the engine stops. CONSTITUTION: In the case when cooling water temperature in an engine 4 detected by a cooling water temperature sensor 56 rises up to 100 deg.C or more after delay time for two minutes passes when the engine 4 stops, cooling water which becomes higher than normal control water temperature of 85 deg.C by remaining heat of the engine 4 is forcibly taken in a heat insulating tank 27 and replaced with cooling water temperature of which is lowered in the heat insulating tank 27 by way of switching on a water pump 25 and switching over to a first cooling water channel by actuating a flow rate control valve 26. Consequently, even if the engine 4 is started after 24 hours pass at outside air temperature of 0 deg.C, cooling water temperature in the heat insulating tank 27 only goes down to 92 deg.C.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the spring operating range (deflection quantity) of a constant-differential pressure valve (pressure reaction valve) for absorbing the change of the hot water flow of a heat exchanger due to the fluctuation of the engine revolving speed. CONSTITUTION: The opening area of a hot water inlet pipe 19 into which the hot water from an engine 1 flows is squeezed by the first throttle section A1 of a control passage 17a provided on the valve element 17 of a flow control valve 4, the opening area of a hot water outlet pipe 20 communicated with the inlet side of a heating heat exchanger 3 is throttled by the second throttle section A2 of a control passage 17b provided on the valve element 17, and the intermediate section (a) of both control passages 17a, 17b is communicated with a by-pass circuit 5 by the third throttle section A3. The first and second throttle sections A1, A2 are formed into such shapes that the flow coefficient is decreased as the flow is increased, the third throttle section A3 is formed into such shape that the flow coefficient is kept nearly constant even when the flow is increased, and the change of the hot water flow of the heat exchanger 3 can be decreased.
