    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas spring of shortly constituted in the total length, sufficiently providing the spring action by bellows, in the gas spring having the bellows. SOLUTION: A metallic bellows cylinder body and a cylinder are coaxially superposedly arranged inside an outer cylinder. A rod is slidingly arranged in the cylinder. A bellows inner chamber partitioned by the inside of the bellows cylinder body and the outside of the cylinder, is formed as a gas chamber. A bellows outer chamber is communicated with a cylinder chamber. The gas spring is constituted with the bellows outer chamber and the cylinder chamber as an oil chamber.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a gas spring to which traction force is loaded compact and light and to prevent gas leakage even when it is used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This gas spring 10 is furnished with a cylinder 12 an outside cylinder 11, a cylinder 12 stored in the outside cylinder 11 and a rod 13 having a piston 30 provided inside of the cylinder 12. The rod 13 is inserted into the inside of the cylinder 12 through a seal part 25. The inside of the cylinder 12 partitioned a into a first liquid chamber 31 positioned on the side of a seal part 25 and a low pressure gas chamber 32 positioned on a side far from the seal part 25 by the piston 30. A space between an inner surface of the outside cylinder 11 and an outer surface of the cylinder 12 is partitioned into a high pressure gas chamber 41 and a second liquid chamber 42 by a metal bellows 45. The first liquid chamber 31 and the second liquid chamber 42 are communicated to each other through a liquid flowing part 50. Higher pressure gas than the low pressure gas chamber 32 is filled in the high pressure gas chamber 41.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of self-sealing performance of an accumulator by constituting a valve element with an upper surface part for covering an opening, and a plurality of annular protrusive streaks by which the opening is enclosed along its circumference, and which are closely fitted to a circumferential edge of the opening. SOLUTION: When liquid pressure of a passage 8 is reduced due to fluctuation of pulsation, stop, and a load in a pump, a metallic bellows 5 is expanded so as to ensure liquid pressure of the passage 8. When the liquid pressure of the passage 8 is reduced to lower than the inner pressure of an air chamber 3, a valve element 7 is closely fitted to a valve seat 9 to close an opening 8a. Since the valve element 7 is formed into a double structure of a first annular protrusion part 7b of the inside and a second annular protrusion part 7c formed on its outer periphery, one of the annular protrusions 7b, 7c is surely sealed by the other annular protrusion, even if its sealing property is reduced by deterioration due to aging, sandwiching of foreign matter, and the like. Accordingly it is possible to prevent reduction of pressure in the liquid chamber 4, and it is also possible to improve durability without generating stresses on the metallic bellows 5.

    • PURPOSE:To secure an accumulator with a built-in high quality bellows efficiently by providing a bellows end plate where a self-sealing mechanism is positioned at the side of a bellows body free end, a cap body to be attached to the outer surface side and a sealing member being opposed to a cap body sealing seat surface, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Since a bellows body 35 and a bellows end plate 36 are airtightly joined together by means of solid molding or brazing, the presence of any defective airtightness is judgeable by appearance alone. Likewise, as the bellows end plate 36 is a metal component where a sealing member 38 is not attached, there is no fear of deterioration in material quality even if it is heated at a high temperature as well as if its temperature goes up so high as a whole, it offers no problem. The bellows end plate 36 and the bellows body 35 can thus be joined by soldering or brazing, and thus simplification in the process and facilitation in quality control over the joint part are well promoted. In a cap body 37 being locked to the bellows end plate 36, its mounting part with this plate 36 will not affect the sealability of an air chamber 31, so that this mounting part can be applied by simple clamping means such as caulking, adhesion, screwing or the like.

CONSTITUTION:A first end side member 16 provided with an inflow port 21 and a second end side member 17 on which one end of a belows body 31 is installed and an outflow port 22 is formed are arranged on both end of a housing 15. The other end of the bellows 31 is blocked by a bellows cap 32 having a valve body 35 to form a metal bellows 30 as an air chamber, and an oil chamber 45 is formed by an outer side of the metal bellows 30 and an inner face of the housing 15. The discharge oil of a pump 11 is wholly introduced into the oil chamber 45, and pulse is effectively eliminated. The space for installation is thus dispensed with, thereby the arrangement of the pipe line is simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the ground contactness of a wheel on a bad road by providing an engagement section and an engaged section that are engaged so as to freely rotate in the axial direction and not so as to rotate mutually in the second position where the engaged section is moved in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer 1 is provided with a twisting section 2 and arm sections 3 and 4 positioned on both ends of this twisting section 2. The end 6 of the twisting section can freely be rotated for a gap 8 fixed to the base 8 of an arm section 5 and can relatively be moved in the axial direction. In addition, an engagement section 15 is provided at the end 6 and an engaged 16 is provided at the base 5. In addition, in the first position where the engaged section 16 relatively moves to the left direction, both the sections are engaged so as to freely rotate and in the second position where it moves in the reverse direction they are engaged not so as to rotate mutually. As a result, a stabilizer effect can be controlled according to the road surface conditions and the running conditions.
