摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure stable floating characteristic by providing, on the surface where a magnetic head slider is bonded, a dividing pattern for dividing and specifying the surface to a plurality of regions for providing a bonding agent. SOLUTION: The surface where a magnetic head slider 11 is deposited is divided into a plurality of regions 36a to 36e by a dividing pattern 30 and the bonding agent 37 is supplied in the dividing manner to each region 36a to 37e. As a result that the bonding agent 37 is supplied to the divided region, crown deformation of the slider 11 due to contraction of the bonding agent 37 can be reduced and moreover a change of degree of deformation due to temperature change can be minimized. Therefore, the stable floating characteristic can be obtained.

Intermediate flexible parts 40a are provided in areas along the outrigger parts 21 of the wiring part 40. The intermediate flexible part 40a are speparated from the tang part 20 and the outrigger parts 21 and are made to be in suspended states in the gaps 27 between the tang part 20 and the outrigger parts 21.
