    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt it to the connection of a wide joint width by arranging an annular reinforcing member in an axial directional central part by forming anchor parts embedded in Hume pipes in axial directional both end parts in a joint composed of a rubber/synthetic resin to connect connecting end parts so as to wrap them from the outside. SOLUTION: A joint 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape composed of a flexible material such as a rubber/synthetic resin to connect connecting end parts 2a and 2a' of two Hume pipes 2 and 2' connected at prescribed intervals so as to wrap them from the outside. Two-strip annular anchor parts 4 and 5 embedded in the connecting end parts 2a and 2a' of the Hume pipes are respectively formed in axial directional both end parts 3. The respective anchor parts 4 and 5 extend inside in the radial direction from an inner peripheral surface 1a of the cylindrical joint 1, and form a gradient surface so that the axial directional width gradually increases inward. An annular reinforcing member 11 is arranged in a valley part 9 of the joint 1 before molding the Hume pipes 2 and 2', and concrete is filled by using centrifugal force after being set in a form in a state of fixing a protective cover 13 to the joint 1.

    • PURPOSE:To advance at a curve having a smaller radius of curvature while a jacking tube having the ordinary length is used by compressing one of the upper and lower joint materials having high hardness, folding tubes, and folding the jacking tube at several positions. CONSTITUTION:An elastic cylinder 13 is coupled over the outer periphery of end sections of tubes 11a, 11b butted with end faces via joint materials 14, 15. The tubes 11a, 11b are integrated and fixed, and the release of the elastic cylinder 13 from the tubes 11a, 11b is prevented. The elastic cylinder 13 pinches the outer periphery portions of the joint materials 14, 15 in the groove of the inner periphery center section, and grooves are formed on the outer periphery to facilitate the deformation of the center section and both side sections of the elastic cylinder 13 in the width direction. Holes are formed at both end sections. When the curve portion is advanced, one of the joint materials 15 on both sides is compressed and the tubes 11a, 11b are folded with the upper and lower joint materials 14 having high hardness are folded. A jacking tube is folded at several positions as a whole, and the advance can be performed at a curve portion.

    • PURPOSE:To make uniform the bending moment at the top and the bottom of a concrete pipe when it is buried, by giving the top a different profile from the bottom, laying the centers of gravity of the top and bottom on a straight line passing the center axis, and establishing a specific relationship between the weight at each center of gravity and its distance from the center axis. CONSTITUTION:The wall thickness T1 of a concrete pipe at its top 2 is made greater than that T3 at the bottom 3, and the width (b) of the outer bottom surface 5 is made greater than that (a) of the top surface 4. If the slopes 6 on both sides of the top 2 is constructed symmetrical to the left and right, the soil pressure applied to the top 2 is dispersed by them 6, and also the reactive force to the bottom 3 is dispersed over the wide bottom surface to ensure that the bending moment generated at the top 2 and bottom 3 is made uniform. Therein the centers of gravity passing the top 2 and bottom 3 shall lie on a straight line passing perpendicularly the center axis of the pipe 1, and such a relationship as G1=r1+G2r1 is established, where G1 and G2 are weights at the top/bottom center of gravity, respectively, and r1 and r2 are their distance from the center axis, respectively. This generates equilibrium of the dynamic balance when rotating, which enables centrifugal shaping without involving vibrations.
