    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest mounting device capable of mounting a footrest easily, simply and properly, ensuring little concern about corrosion and allowing easy replacement by preliminarily implanting an insert guide in the concrete wall of a manhole, a revetment or the like, and mounting the footrest on the insert guide. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin insert guide 14 having a bottomed cylindrical body with a stopper projection 17, a nut receiving flange 16, an external thread 17 respectively formed on the outer surface, and a pin receiving groove 18 on the end of the external thread 17, is preliminarily implanted in the concrete wall 2 of a manhole, a revetment or the like. In addition, a synthetic resin nut 12 with a pin 11 positioned at a boundary between the side and the leg part 3 of the insert guide 14 for insertion into the pin receiving groove 18 thereof, and an internal thread 13 formed on the inner surface for engagement with the external thread 17 of the insert guide 14 at a position nearer the pin 11, is coupled and screwed to the insert guide 14, thereby fixing a footrest to a manhole or the like.

In addition, a synthetic resin cap 12 with a mandrel 6 extended from a leg end, a thread 11 formed on the extended part, and an internal thread 13 formed for engagement with the thread 11 is laid on the end of a leg part 3. Then, the nut 14 is threaded into the guide 16, thereby fastening a footrest to a manhole or the like.

    • PURPOSE:To make finish of a pipe end part favorable by preventing exposure of a spiral reinforcing rod through concrete, by a method wherein a different part in level and a groove for a rubber band are provided in a recessed state for connection and the spiral reinforcing rod is held at the upper part by a spiral reinforcing rod fixing cover of an exposure preventive tool for an iron reinforcing rod. CONSTITUTION:A cap part 5 fitted to the tip part of an exposure preventive tool for an iron reinforcing rod is fitted into the tip part of a longitudinal reinforcing rod 1. Then a fitting part 6 provided on a base part of the exposure preventive tool for the iron reinforcing rod is fitted over the same reinforcing rod 1 on its side through a long-sized spiral reinforcing rod fixing cover 7. When it is in the case, for example, of molding of a centrifugal force reinforced concrete pipe, a cylindrical iron reinforcing rod obtained by fitting the exposure preventive tool for the iron reinforcing rod to end parts of the respective reinforcing rods 1 is inserted into a hollow and cylindrical concrete shuttering (a) and concrete (c) is cast within the concrete shuttering (a). Then the concrete shuttering (a) is turned with a rotary wheel (b), the concrete (c) is hardened through tightening by making use of centrifugal force to be generated through the rotation and the centrifugal force reinforced concrete pipe is molded.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a footstep tool, which is installed simply, easily and surely, in which the possibility of corrosion is reduced and which is exchanged readily, by beforehand implanting an insert guide into the concrete wall of a manhole, etc., and mounting the footstep on the insert guide. SOLUTION: An insert guide 17, in which a screw 18 for holding a spring is formed to an outer circumference, the spring 19 for preventing slipping-off screwed to the screw is arranged, a female screw 20 is screwed to an inner circumference and a diameter-expanding section 21 is formed to a female-screw inlet and which is made of a synthetic resin, is implanted beforehand into a concrete wall 2, a holding material 14, in which a screw 15 screwed to the female screw of the insert guide 17 is screwed to an outer circumference and a flange 16 is formed at the root of the screw 15 and which is made of the synthetic resin, is inserted on the side section 4 side, and a cap 12, in which a mandrel 6 is further extended from the end section of a leg section 3 and a screw 11 is screwed to an extending section and a female screw 13 screwed with the screw 15 is screwed and which is made of the synthetic resin, is arranged at the end section of the leg section 3. The footstep tool 1 is fixed onto a manhole, etc., by screwing the holding material 14 into the insert guide 17.
