    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body motion reduction apparatus which can continuously execute cargo handling work, re-liquefaction work or the like without stopping nor discontinuing it as far as possible even when the apparatus is applied to a large floating body structure.SOLUTION: The floating body motion reduction apparatus 10 includes a side shell plate 2 forming the side surface of a floating structure 1, a bottom shell plate 3 forming the bottom surface of the floating structure 1, and a bottom bilge part shell plate 4 for smoothly connecting the side shell plate 2 to the bottom shell plate 3. The bottom bilge shell plate 4 includes a first plate-like member 11 which is extended along the longitudinal direction of the floating structure 1 within a range in which the angle α formed by a horizontal surface 5 of itself and a flat face 6 is 0° to 90°, preferably, in a range of 30° to 60°, and extends outward from the bottom bilge shell plate 4, and a second plate-like member 12 extending along the vertical surface while being separated from the fore end of the first plate-like member 11 by the predetermined distance L in the vertical direction. A penetration part 13 is formed between the first plate-like member 11 and the second plate-like member 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moor offshore equipment and a tanker side by side.
      SOLUTION: A mooring device between floats includes a fixed part 2 fixed to the offshore equipment 100, a moving part 3 engaged with the fixed part 2 while being moved vertically and horizontally within a predetermined range, detachable parts 4 detaching and attaching the moving part from/to the tanker 101, and fender bodies 5 interposed between the fixed part and the moving part and regulating the movement of the moving part within a predetermined range by being compressed accompanied by the movement of the moving part. By this configuration, when relative vertical movement between the offshore equipment and the tanker is generated accompanied by loading and waves, the mooring can be maintained by the moving part attached to the tanker and moved vertically. Also, relative horizontal movement between the offshore equipment and the tanker generated with waves is converged by the generation of restoring forces from the compressed fender bodies. As a result, the offshore equipment and the tanker can be moored side by side.
