    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a growth bank for sea cucumbers which allows sea cucumber larvae freely swimming under the sea to easily settle and allows young sea cucumbers developed from the larvae to safely inhabit, and which has excellent durability and strength and is easily maintained.SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical growth bank 10 for acquiring and growing sea cucumber larvae freely swimming under the sea includes: a lower structure 14 of which inner space is filled with stones S; an upper structure 11 which has a framed structure including posts 12 and beams 13 and is placed on the lower structure 14; gratings 17, 18, and 19 which respectively covers openings 20, 21, and 22 provided in peripheral walls 15 of the lower structure 14 and in the side surfaces and top surface of the upper structure 11. The gratings 18 mounted in the side surfaces of the upper structure 11 serve as larva acquisition parts for acquiring sea cucumber larvae freely swimming under the sea, and the lower structure 14 of which inner space is filled with stones S serves as a young sea cucumber growing part for growing young sea cucumbers developed from the larvae.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating fish bank capable of regulating the buoyancy so as to take a position matching to the speed of the tide between a state in which a part of the fish bank body protrudes from the sea surface, and a state in which the whole of the fish bank body is positioned under the sea surface, having a mark buoy for allowing the position of the fish bank to be visually observed when the fish bank body sinks under the sea surface, and preventing an anchor cable of the mark buoy from coiling around the fish bank body even when the mark buoy moves so as to turn around the periphery of the fish bank body. SOLUTION: The floating fish bank having the fish bank body 3 to be moored at the vicinity of the sea surface through a mooring rope bound to an anchor set on the sea bottom includes a ring-shaped member 11 provided along the outer periphery of a safety fence 9 stood on the upper surface part of the fish bank body 3 through proper attaching brackets. The mark buoy is freely turnable around the fish bank body 3 by attaching a moving member 13 to the ring-shaped member 11 so as to be freely slidable in the perimeter direction, and binding one terminal part of the buoy-mooring rope 6 to the moving member 13.
