    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release a punched-out metal foil from the gap between cutting blades.
      SOLUTION: The cutting blades 13 are arranged on a substrate 12 along the shape of a metal foil pattern to be punched out. A flexible elastic body 14 such as a rubber sponge is disposed on the inside of the cutting blades 13. The height of the rubber sponge is larger than that of the cutting blades 13. The surface of the elastic body 14 is coated with a releasing material such as a silicone. The metal foil 17 held by a carrier sheet 16 is cut by the cutting blades 13 in the form of a conductive pattern. When a cutting die 11 is separated from the metal foil 17 after the cutting, the elastic body 14 is recovered, and the cut metal foil 17 is raised and separated from the cutting blades 13. The metal foil 17 is easily released from the elastic body 14 with a releasing agent applied to the surface of the elastic body 14.

      SOLUTION: An electric terminal is attached to the holding member 1. The holding member 1 having a pin terminal 4 inserted halfway is placed on a supporting part 13 and positioning is performed. The pressurizing block 18 is normally positioned on a shaft holder 16 side by biasing force of compression coil springs 19a, 19b, but being pushed by the roller 26, it moves linearly to a position indicated by a dotted line along guide shafts 17a, 17b, and the pin terminal 4 is pushed into the holding member 1 by a pushing pin 20.

SOLUTION: The wire strand inserting tool inserts the wire strand 3 into the hanger member 2 rockably attached at one end 2a to the hanging wire 1 and engaged at the other end 2b at an interval with the hanging wire 1. The wire strand inserting tool includes a leading needle member 4 and a guide member 5. The leading needle member 4 has a distal end 4b to which the wire strand 3 is attached. The wire strand 3 is inserted into the hanger member 2 by lifting the other end 2b side of the hanger member 2 by moving along the hanging wire 1 while the other end 2b side of the hanger member 2 is brought into slide contact with the wire strand 3 and passing the other end 2b side of the hanger member 2 between the lifted other end 2b and the one end 2a of the hanger member 2. The guide member 5 prevents the rotation of the hanger member 2 around the axial center of the hanging wire 1 when the hanger member 2 is brought into slide contact with the leading needle member 4.
