    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release a punched-out metal foil from the gap between cutting blades.
SOLUTION: The cutting blades 13 are arranged on a substrate 12 along the shape of a metal foil pattern to be punched out. A flexible elastic body 14 such as a rubber sponge is disposed on the inside of the cutting blades 13. The height of the rubber sponge is larger than that of the cutting blades 13. The surface of the elastic body 14 is coated with a releasing material such as a silicone. The metal foil 17 held by a carrier sheet 16 is cut by the cutting blades 13 in the form of a conductive pattern. When a cutting die 11 is separated from the metal foil 17 after the cutting, the elastic body 14 is recovered, and the cut metal foil 17 is raised and separated from the cutting blades 13. The metal foil 17 is easily released from the elastic body 14 with a releasing agent applied to the surface of the elastic body 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of a pin terminal into a retaining member by an assembling tool for a harness connecting member.
SOLUTION: Upon inserting the pin terminal into the retaining member 1, a lid 17 inserted into the middle by a hand is mounted in a recessed groove of a receiver 14 of a support 12. One end of the held retaining member 1 is brought into contact with a stopper 20, and accordingly, the movement of the retaining member 1 is regulated even though the pin terminal is pushed into the retaining member 1. When a handle 43 is moved in an arrow-marked direction, a rod 33 moves in the arrow-marked direction, a rod-shaped pin 34a of a pushing-in pin 34 at a pointed head linearly advances accompanied by the movement of the rod 33 while it abuts on the end of a pin terminal 4, and the pin terminal is pushed into the retaining member 1 by only a designated stroke.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a thru pin from a harness connection member with a light force without damaging the thru pin or the like.
SOLUTION: In using the jig, the rear end of the thru pin P inserted into the harness connection member H is inserted into the top end portion of a grip part 11a, and a hook portion N of the thru pin P is firmly pinched by a grip pawl. When an operating ring 12 is advanced toward a shaft 11 by rotating, the front end of the operating ring 12 contacts the end part of the harness connection member. By further advance of the operating ring 12, the thru pin P is pulled out from the harness connection member H.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion of a pin terminal into a holding member by an assembling tool for a harness connecting member.
SOLUTION: An electric terminal is attached to the holding member 1. The holding member 1 having a pin terminal 4 inserted halfway is placed on a supporting part 13 and positioning is performed. When a movable grip part is moved with respect to a fixed grip part 21, a connecting lever falls and an operation lever 23 is moved in the direction of an arrow. Accompanying the movement of the operation lever 23, a roller 26 is moved to the left side via an L-shaped lever 24, and a pressurizing block 18 is moved in the direction of an arrow. The pressurizing block 18 is normally positioned on a shaft holder 16 side by biasing force of compression coil springs 19a, 19b, but being pushed by the roller 26, it moves linearly to a position indicated by a dotted line along guide shafts 17a, 17b, and the pin terminal 4 is pushed into the holding member 1 by a pushing pin 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto-light system of an automobile quickly returning a state before resetting a microcomputer after returning from the resetting, even when the microcomputer is reset during traveling by turning on a light.
SOLUTION: This auto-light system 100 of the automobile C is provided with the microcomputer 110 for performing a lighting control of the light 170 by judging whether or not a prescribed light lighting condition is satisfied and a memory 180 for storing on/off states information on the light 170. When the auto-light system 100 of the automobile C is initialized by losing information for a satisfaction performance judgment of the light lighting condition by resetting the microcomputer 110, the memory 180 stores and holds the on/off states information on the light 17 just before the resetting. When the microcomputer 110 is subsequently returned from the resetting, the on/off states information on the light 170 is read from the memory 180, and the on/off states of the light 170 are returned to the state before the resetting based on the information.
