    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether a voltage standing wave ratio is deviated from a specified value or not in real time by providing an extracting means or the like, which extracts the deviation-value wave caused by the nonuniformity of foaming superimposed on a detected capacitance waveform. SOLUTION: A capacitance detecting means 2 continuously detects the capacitance of a coaxial cable. A deviation-value-wave extracting means 4 extracts the deviation- value wave caused by the periodic nonuniformity of foaming along the axial direction superimposed on the detected capacitance waveform. An amplitude measuring means 8 obtains the amplitude of the deviation-value wave, which is converted with an A/D converter 6. A voltage-standing-wave-ratio converting means 10 converts the amplitude of the deviation value wave into the voltage standing wave ratio based on the relationship obtained by the preliminary investigation. A period-fluctuation-interval measuring means 12 obtains the interval of the period fluctuation of the deviation-value wave. A peak-generating-frequency converting means 14 converts the interval of the period fluctuation into the peak generating frequency. A data output means 18 correlates the results of the conversions of the converting means 10 and 14 stored in a memory 16 and outputs the results.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by gripping a bundle, which is formed by ring-like binding a cable to both ends of which connectors are to be fitted, from an inner diameter side so as to move, and gripping the bundle from an outer diameter side so as to supply to a truck. SOLUTION: After the rod 28 of a vertically moving member 27 is inserted into the hole of a bundle 1 which is formed by ring-like binding a cable to both ends of which connectors are to be fitted, the diameter of the rod 28 is expanded so as to grip the bundle 1 from an inner diameter side. The vertically moving member 27 is raised so as to move in an arrow sign B direction, the vertically moving member 27 is lowered so as to place on a bundle receiving machine 4, the diameter of the rod 28 is reduced so as to grip the bundle 1 from the outer diameter side by the bundle receiving machine 4, simultaneously the diameter of the rod 28 of a bundle transfer machine 3 is reduced, and the vertically moving member 27 is raised. The main body portion 33 of the bundle receiving machine 4 is reversed and lowered so as to place the bundle 1 on the truck 2.
