摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable insulating material to be foaming extrusion molded under the existence of a foaming agent containing a polyolefin contg. resin hot-melt extruded and fluororesin powder as a nucleus forming agent, a coaxial cable having an insulated layer made of the insulating material and a manufacture for a coaxial cable made by extruding the insulating material under the presence of the foaming agent and forming the insulated layer. SOLUTION: A molding having fine and uniform cells and a high foaming level is obtained from a coaxial cable insulating material containing fluororesin powder, for instance PTFF, as a nucleus forming agent. This molding has an excellent electric characteristic and a coaxial cable having such an insulated layer has an excellent attenuation amount characteristic. Also, since the drying step of the insulated layer is made unnecessary, the production efficiency of the coaxial cable is improved and producing costs are reduced, and further the insulating material is obtained at low costs.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide device capable of producing a stripe tube with a stripe layer incorporated in a thick-wall part of a tube in an ideal state. CONSTITUTION:Nozzles 4 supplying a stripe layer material 13 to be incorporated in a base resin 12 are disposed in a base resin flow path 30 provided from an extruder to a molding die 2. A recessed part 31 is formed positionally correspondingly to the nozzles 4 for enlarging the flow path 30. Since the pressure of the base resin 12 is not applied to the stripe layer material 13 at the supply parts thereof, the flow of the stripe layer material 13 is not deformed and, therefore, a stripe layer having a desired cross-sectional shape can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A die main body 10 has a hole part 2 having a circular cross-section on a concentric circle and a plurality of arm parts 14 are provided to the inner peripheral surface 12a of the hole part 12 so as to protrude toward the center of the hole part 12 at an equal angular interval. Mandrels 30 are provided to the leading ends of the respective arm parts 14 so that the intervals between the outer peripheral surfaces of the mandrels 30 and the inner peripheral surface 12a of the hole part 12 are equal to those between the mutually opposed outer peripheral surfaces of the mandrels 30. Air supply holes 16 are bored in the die main body 10, the arm parts 14 and the mandrels 30 so as to allow all of them to communicate each other to introduce air into the mandrels 30 from the die main body through the arm parts. The air supply holes 16 pierce the die main body 10 in a radial direction and pass through the arm parts 14 to extend to the downstream parts through the almost center parts of the mandrels 30 and air outflow ports 16a are opened to the end surfaces of the mandrels 30 on the downstream side.
