    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump equipped with a piezo-electric diaphragm capable of enhancing the lifetime by sucking a flushing fluid into the pump body, any as desired, and discharging the residue to outside, and to provide an electric shaver with a processing agent spouting mechanism in which the piezo diaphragm pump is incorporated. SOLUTION: The pump with the piezo-electric diaphragm is configured so that the pump body 1 is furnished with a pump chamber 11 with its capacity varying in association with deformation of a diaphragm plate 6, a suction passage 12 and a discharge passage 13 are provided penetrating for putting the pump chamber 11 in communication to outside the pump body 1, the suction passage 12 being fitted with a suction side check valve 14 while the discharge passage 13 being fitted with a discharge side check valve 15, and that a working fluid supply part 18 is put in communication with the external end 12a of the suction passage 12, wherein a flushing fluid supply part 20 is put in communication with the external end 12a of the suction passage 12 while a drive part 24 to send a flushing fluid from its supply part 20 into the pump body 1 is interposed between the supply part 20 and the suction passage 12.       SOLUTION: The blade 1 is provided with a set of blade members 1A, 1B capable of slidable contact each other, acute-angled edges 3 are formed at the corner parts on both the sides of the sliding-contact parts 2 in the blade members 1A, 1B, respectively, and cutting is performed with the edges 3 by the sliding-contact movement of the blade members 1A, 1B. In the blade 1, a notch 5 is formed at the central part of the sliding-contact face 2 at least in either blade member 1A(1B). The contact area of the blade members 1A, 1B is reduced by the notch 5, thus cutting resistance is reduced.

      SOLUTION: The distal end 2a of the razor blade 2 after being extracted is irradiated with laser beams 3 and 3, and is melted. At the same time, pressurized (e.g., approximate 5 normal atmospheres) air streams 4 and 4 are jetted to the molten section, and swelling by the surface tension is suppressed. When the laser irradiation is stopped under this state, the swollen section is not formed, the rough shear surface is smoothed, and the sharp edge can be obtained.
