    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade with notches with which the reduction of load resistance at the time of cutting can be attained, and to provide its production method.
      SOLUTION: The blade 1 is provided with a set of blade members 1A, 1B capable of slidable contact each other, acute-angled edges 3 are formed at the corner parts on both the sides of the sliding-contact parts 2 in the blade members 1A, 1B, respectively, and cutting is performed with the edges 3 by the sliding-contact movement of the blade members 1A, 1B. In the blade 1, a notch 5 is formed at the central part of the sliding-contact face 2 at least in either blade member 1A(1B). The contact area of the blade members 1A, 1B is reduced by the notch 5, thus cutting resistance is reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bending system of a cutting edge by which workability and productivity are improved by continuously executing all work process required in cutting and bending works of a cutting edge which is used for forming a sheet material on one work line. SOLUTION: A roll-shaped cutting edge (band blade) is sent to a cutting/ forming part through a transporting part, cut into a length suitable to forming of the sheet material, cut cutting edge 500 is transported together with cut chips 503 through the guide nozzle 201 of a guide part 200. In the bending part 300, the cutting edge 500 is brought into contact with a coil spring through the guide port 311 of a fixing body 310 for bending. Then, the transportation of the cutting edge 500 is temporarily stopped, a cylinder 421 is lowered by operating the 2nd driving part 420 of a driving part 400 and a bending member 330 is situated on one side of the fixing body 310 for bending. Next, by operating the 1st driving member 410, the bending member 330 is rotationally moved around the fixing body 313 and the cutting edge 500 is bent. At this time, the cut chips 503 are automatically separated by their dead weight through the guide port 311.
