      SOLUTION: In the network system A, a client device 1 and a server device 2 are connected for communication. The client device 1 includes a request signal generating section 11 generating a request signal R requesting for generation of a random number N. The server device 2 includes a server side random number generating section 24 generating a random number N. The client device 1 transmits the request signal R to the server device 2. The server device 2 receives the request signal R and transmits the random number N generated by the server side random number generating section 24 to the client device 1. The client device 1 receives the random number N and uses it.

      SOLUTION: This balance training apparatus is equipped with a seat 1 which a man sits on and a drive device 2 to oscillate the seat 1. The drive device 2 has a motor 16 with a main rotation shaft 19 in the longitudinal direction. The rotation force of the main rotation shaft 19 of the motor 16 is branched into two systems, In one system, the seat 1 is reciprocally moved in a first plane including the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction. In the other system, the seat 1 is reciprocally moved in a second plane including the lateral direction and the vertical direction. The ratio of the frequency of the reciprocal motion in the first plane and the frequency of the reciprocal motion in the second plane is set to 1 : 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effects for the softening and protection of lumbago by a method wherein a driving means is feed-back-controlled in such a manner that a waist part moving amount of a trainee may roughly meet a target value. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 4 which detects a moving amount of the waist part of a trainee three-dimensionally, is provided. In the meantime, in a data storage part 31, control information wherein the locations of a seat 1 in the axial directions of respective X, Y and Z axes, and respective gradients around respective axes as a set are set by an interval of a specified period of time, is stored by one cycle portion as a series of vibration patterns having a periodicity. Also, a target value for the moving amount of the waist part corresponding with a unit pattern is set in advance, and is stored in the data storage part 31. An operation part 30 obtains a waist part moving amount based on an output value of the acceleration sensor 4, which is input, and obtains an error with the target value which is input at the same time. The unit pattern is corrected in a manner to reduce the error, and a parallel mechanism 2 is controlled by an actuator control part 32 and a driving part 33. Thus, the effects for the softening and protection of lumbago can be improved.

      SOLUTION: A driving device 2 includes a movable base 8 pivoted on a base 4 with a rotation shaft 6 disposed in the front/rear direction. A mount 3 having a seat 1 placed thereon is connected to the movable base 8 with a first link 9 and connected to the base 4 with a second link 14. The movement of the mount 3 relative to the base 4 is restricted to a linear movement in the front/rear direction and a turning movement around an axis oriented in the left/right direction by the first link 9 and the second link 14. The movable base 8 includes a motor 16, and the motor 16 rotationally drives a first crank 27 and a second crank 28. The first crank 27 is connected to the mount 3 with a first rod 30, and the second crank 28 is connected to the base 4 with the second rod 31.
