    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save electric power at time zone other than toilet use time and allow a user to use a toilet comfortably without feeling cold in a toilet seat or warm water during washing when using the toilet.
      SOLUTION: This private part washing device is provided with a transmission means for transmitting a non-current carrying maintenance signal for maintaining either or both of a toilet seat heating means 3 and a hot water heating means 5 in a non-current carrying condition and a control part 7 in which the non-current carrying maintenance signal from the transmission means is inputted. The control part 7 is provided with electric power saving mode for maintaining the corresponding toilet seat heating means 3 and/or the hot water heating means 5 in the non-current carrying condition when the non-current carrying maintenance signal is inputted, returning the toilet seat heating means 3 to a current carrying condition when detecting a toilet room entrance signal from a toilet room entrance and leaving detection sensor 8 for detecting entrance into the toilet and leaving it of a human body while maintaining non-current carrying, and returning the hot water heating means 5 to the current carrying condition when detecting a seating signal from a seating detection sensor 9 for detecting seating of a human body on the toilet seat 4.
