    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer and a sterilization method, capable of radiating electron beam uniformly over a container also including an outside portion of the bottom surface and capable of being applied to many types of container.
      SOLUTION: This sterilization device sterilizes a container 15, by radiating electron beams radiated from an electron beam deflecting means under an application of the electron beam deflecting means comprising a plurality of scanning magnets 3, 7 and a plurality of deflecting magnets 5, 9 for deflecting electron beams scanned by the scanning magnets 3, 7. At least one of the deflecting magnets 59 is arranged movably, in such a way that the electron beams are deflected so as to be irradiated toward the outer surface of the bottom part of the container 15, and it can be adapted for a change in position of the outer surface of the bottom part, based on the changing of the type of the container 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a power supply unit in which a plurality of batteries such as a fuel battery and a secondary battery are connected to a load in parallel is expensive, because the fuel battery has the upper limit of an output and needs the assistance of the secondary battery, and although the secondary battery needs to be charged and must use a DC-DC converter, which meets the maximum output of the battery, and cannot improve power generation efficiency because of the internal loss of the DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: The plurality of batteries having different principles of power generation and characteristics are connected into the load parallel, a changeover switch is attached on a battery output side, the battery supplying the largest power to the load is directly connected to the load, and the other assistance batteries are connected to the load through the DC-DC converter. The battery supplying the largest power to the load is directly connected to the load, thereby preventing the internal loss caused by the DC-DC converter fro being generated, and minimizing the capacity of the DC-DC converter connected to the assistance batteries. The power supply unit which is highly efficient and inexpensive can be thus provided.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the driving device and reduce the set space of the press concerned by a method wherein speed control is performed by the rotation command sent from a revolution sensor and the speed command sent from a command switcher, which selects one cylinder rotational speed at the installation and changing of a press plate and selects the other cylinder rotational speed at the running of pressing work. CONSTITUTION:The device concerned is equipped with a running controller 11, which generates a first cylinder rotational speed command at the running of pressing work, and, further, with a main motor 1 for performing the cylinder rotational driving of a sheet-feed press, a revolution sensor 7 for detecting the rotation of the main motor 1 and a positional controller 8, which generates a second cylinder rotational speed command for positioning a press plate at its installation on the basis of a cylinder rotational movement command generated by the running controller 11 and a rotation command sent from the revolution sensor 7. The first and the second cylinder rotational speed commands are inputted in a command switcher 12. The speed of the main motor 1 is controlled by the rotation command and by the speed command, which is selected and outputted by the command switcher 12, contretely by the second cylinder rotational speed command selected by the command switcher 12 at the installation and changing of the press plate and by the first cylinder rotational speed command selected by the command switcher 12 at the running of pressing work.

    • PURPOSE:To detect a shaft-speed signal stably without the effect of noises by operating the difference between the angular speed of an exciting signal for a resolver and the angular speed of the secondary sine wave signal which is generated in the secondary output winding. CONSTITUTION:A waveform shaping circuit 1 outputs a gate signal 200 at a logic 1 when the secondary exciting signal of a resolver is positive and a gate signal 200 at a logic 0 when the signal is negative to a gate circuit 3. Pulses to be counted 400 are inputted into a counter circuit 6 through the circuit 3 when the signal 200 has the logic 1 based on a clock pulse 300 from a reference clock circuit 2. The circuit 3 outputs a falling differentiated pulse signal 500 of the signal 200 to first and second delay circuits 4 and 5 and a latch circuit 7. The circuit 6 counts the pulses 400 at the input interval of a pulse signal 600 from the circuit 4. The counted value of the pulses 400 is latched 7 at the timing of the signal 500. The value corresponding to the period of the resolver exciting signal is subtracted from the counted value which is proportional to the period of a resolver secondary-sine-wave signal (a) in an operating circuit 9. Thus the value which is proportional to the shaft speed is obtained. The value is converted in an A/D converter 10, and a resolver speed signal (d) is outputted 10.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, miniaturization and low cost by constituting the titled rotary encoder with an INC encoder having a sufficient split number for the sinusoidal wave drive and an ABS encoder generating a signal having an enough split number to drive various servo motors without any reaction torque. CONSTITUTION:The totary encoder consists of the incremental (INC) encoder 5 having an enough split number for sinusoidal wave drive and an absolute (ABS) encoder generating a signal having an enough split number to drive various servo motors without any reaction torque. Further, the ABS encoder consists of a rotary disk 10 processed easily and six position detectors 9, and the detectors 9 are arranged at an electric angle in reponse to number of poles of a motor while the mutual interval of the detectors 9 is parted sufficiently. Thus, a drive signal is generated from the ABS encoder at the initial start of a servo motor and a position signal from the INC encoder is used as a motor drive signal at the generation of a zero signal of the INC encoder, then miniaturization is attained.
