摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a diameter of a by-pass hole larger than a width of a tip seal by dividing the tip seal and removing the tip seal of an area overlapped with the by-pass hole. SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor to be loaded on an air conditioner for a vehicle or the like, a tip seal 8 is divided into three parts. The divided tip seals 18a, 18b and 18c are respectively fitted in three recessed grooves 43a, 43b and 43c formed on a point face 42 of a spiral lap 16 of a revolving scroll 14, and the tip seals of the areas overlapped with the by-pass holes 33a, 33b are omitted. That is, the tip seals 18a, 18b and 18c are not passed through the by-pass holes 33a, 33b in the operation of the compressor, so that the diameters of the by-pass holes 33a, 33b can be made larger than a width of the tip seal 18, whereby the flowing resistance of the gas passing through the by-pass holes 33a, 33b is reduced, and the capacity control factor can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure from generating between revolving side keys and keyways and on the sliding face against a thrust bearing by applying wear resisting treatment into the range of keyways on the outer face of the end plate of a revolving scroll and on the sliding face against a thrust bearing. SOLUTION: An Oldham's link 26 is constituted of a ring 26c, and respectively a pair of revolving side keys 26a and stationary side keys 26b, and the respective revolving side keys 26a are fitted in a pair of keyways 41 provided on the outer face of the end plate 15 of a revolving scroll 14 to slide in the direction of the A arrow. Then, on the outer face of the end plate 15 of the revolving scroll 14, wear resisting treatment constituted of hard alumite teatment, PTFE dispersion type electroless Ni-P plating, and the like is applied, in the range of the oblique lines containing at least the keyways 41 into which the revolving side keys 26a of the Oldham's link 26 are fitted and a sliding face slidably contacted with a thrust bearing 36. Hereby, at operating the compressor, even if the oil feed shortage condition is generated, seizure can be prevented from generating between the revolving side keys 26a and the keyways 41 and on the sliding face against the thrust bearing 36.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent seizure and galling at the thrust face by installing passages for leading lubricating oil, accumulated in the center recessed parr of a frame, to the upper part of the thrust face of the frame and discharging excess lubricating oil to the lower part of the thrust face. CONSTITUTION:Lubricating oil fed to a frame 2 from the oil passage of a rotary shaft is once accumulated in the center recessed part 20 of the frame 2. The lubricating oil then reaches an annular oil feeding passage groove 22 via an upward oil feeding passage groove 23A by the rise of the oil level and is fed to the thrust face in the process of flowing down the passage groove 22 from the upper part, and after lubricating the thrust face 21, returned to an oil reservoir part at the bottom part of a closed housing via an oil discharge passage 12A. That is, the lubricating oil is fed to the thrust face 21 while flowing from the upper part to the lower part at the thrust face 21 so as to enable sufficient oiling, thereby preventing seizure and galling at the sliding face, the increase of OC% and oil break in a compressor.

CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 11 is supported to a valve seat support plate 12 through an insulating material 9, delivery gas from a compressor is introduced through a delivery part 7 fixed to the valve seat plate 12 with a seal 8 therebetween, and with a check valve 3 pressed, the delivery gas flows out through passages 4 and 5. When the gas reversely flows through the passages 5 and 6, the check valve 3 closes the delivery part and is functioned as a check valve. Since a material and size are selected so that when the check valve 3 is collided with the valve seat 11 to generate chattering, the natural frequency of the valve seat 11 containing the insulating material 9 is decreased to a value lower than that of the valve seat support plate 12, the generation of noise owing to chattering is reduced.

In this case, an annular reinforcing plate 91A formed of a plate and having sufficient rigidity is fastened against a leg 6b by means of a bolt 37 with the support spring 32 nipped therebetween. The part, passing a position above a flange 14, of the fixed scroll 1 is formed in a levitating shape. The support spring 32 is supported to the leg 6b of the frame 6 fixed to a closed housing 8 and the fixed scroll 1 is supported in a levitating state by the support spring 32.
