SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic clutch 30 which comprises the drive rotor 32 with a coil 33 built therein, and an armature facing the drive rotor 32 and having the armature plate 34 with the same axis of rotation, and attracts an end face 32a of the drive rotor 32 and the armature plate 34 by the magnetic force of the coil 33 when the coil 33 is excited by the application of the voltage to couple the drive rotor 32 with the armature 34 in an interlocking manner, the armature plate 34 is constituted by laminating a plurality of metal sheets (plates) 41.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the dislocation of an O-ring and prevent a gas leak by seal failure by fixing a fitting block to a housing through a fastening member from two different directions. CONSTITUTION:A fitting block 40 is mounted from vertical direction on the outer surface of a cup body 2 by bolts 51 and also fixed to the cup body 2 by bolts 52 added from the horizontal direction orthogonal to this. Even when an unnatural force if added, or vibrating action is received at the time of connecting an inlet gas pipe and a discharge gas pipe to an inlet fitting 45 and a discharge fitting 46, a seal failure by the dislocation of an O-ring 47 inserted between the fitting block 40 and the cup body 2 is never caused since the fitting block is fixed to the cup body 2 in different directions. Thus, generation of a gas leak by seal failure can be prevented.

The thermoreactive element 8 is so arranged as not to contact a container 2 and the cover 6 of the compressor directly while it is exposed entirely to a refrigerant discharged. Thus, the refrigerant is kept from being exposed to a disturbance of heat or the like from the outside and a suction refrigerant path 7A thereby enabling the detection of the temperature of the refrigerant discharged accurately and quickly.

CONSTITUTION:A lug section 46 is formed on the back face of a fixed scroll 2 arranged in a housing 1 and a discharge port 6 is opened inside this lug section 46. A cover 40 fitted to the housing 1 forms the first discharge cavity 41 together with the lug section 46, and a discharge port 42 communicating the first discharge cavity 41 upward is formed at its center. In addition, an upper housing 43 having a discharge pipe 45 is provided above the cover 40, and the second discharge cavity 44 is formed by both of them. The pulsation of the discharge gas discharged through the discharge port 6 is damped by both cavities 41, 42, thus a noise is remarkably decreased.
