    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of seizure and cracks at a fitting part by providing ceramic coating to the outer circumferential surface of the taper neck- part of a roll and the inner circumferential surface of a sleeve, in a oil-film bearing constituted of a roll journal-part and a bearing box. CONSTITUTION:A taper sleeve 3 is fitted to the outer circumferential surface 2a of a taper neck-part 2 of roll 1, and is tightly fastened and fixed to the neck- part 2 by a sleeve holder 9 and a lock nut 10, and a shell 5 surrounding the outer circumference of sleeve 3 is internally attached to a bearing 4. Next, lubrication-oil supplying holes and oil feeding ports are formed at the box 4 and the shell 5 respectively, to form an oil-film bearing between the sleeve 3 and the shell 5. At that time, ceramic coating is provided to the outer circumferential surface 2a of neck part 2 and the inner circumferential surface 3a of sleeve 3. In this way, fretting phenomena at the fitting parts of the outer circumferential surface of taper neck-part and the inner circumferential surface of taper sleeve are eliminated, thereby preventing the generation of seizure and cracks at the fitting part.

    • PURPOSE: To prevnet oneside contact of a supprting roller with a rotary cylindrical body by successively inserting and fitting an elastic multilayered cylindrical body and a roller edge ring on the outer periphery of the supporting roller which supports a rotary cylindrical body such as rotary kiln for cement firing.
      CONSTITUTION: The captioned supporting roller has the supporting roller body 1 which is rotatably supported on a supporting base through a roller shaft 2, and on the supporting roller body 1, the multilayered cylindrical body 3 is installed which is constituted of an inner cylinder 3a and the outer cylinder 3d which is formed by winding the thin sheet 3b made of highly heat-resistive elastic material and the thin sheet 3c made of metal plate in multilayer alternately. A roller edge ring 4 is inserted onto the outer cylinder 3d, and fixed integrally onto the supporting roller body 1 by means of the turn preventing members 5a and 5a installed on both sides of the roller edge ring 4. Each turn preventing member 5a is engaged with another turn preventing member 5a fixed on the supporting roller body 1 through clutches 5a and 5b.

Besides, insulation materials 10 are wound so that they can coincide with the bored-through part of the tube-plate 2, can insulate the heat given from a high temperature fluid flown into the tube-plate 2, the heat transfer tubes 3 and the welding part A, and besides can position the heat-transfer tube and the protection tube 4 in a cocentric circular place.
