    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of any seizure of a slide part at the time of operation restart after operation stop for a long term by providing lots of minute oil sumps which can store lubrication oil on a contact slide surface with a partner member for at least one of each end place, thrust bearing, selfrotation obstruct mechanism, etc., of fixed and turning scrolls. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll type compressor formed by meshing a fixed scroll with a turning scroll 2 in each of which a scroll shape lap 21 is installed in one body to each end plate 22 by shifting their phases, lots of minute oil sumps (recessed parts) 100 are formed on the back surface of the end plate 22 of the turning scroll 2, namely on the surface sliding in contact with a thrust bearing. These oil sumps 100 are favorably formed as recessed parts with about 50mu diameter and 20-30mu depth. Thereby, as lubrication oil can be kept in the minute oil sumps 100, even after operation stop for a long term of a scroll hydraulic machine, seizure may not take place between the thrust bearing and the end plate at the time of operation restart so that favorable slide can be guaranteed.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion at a low pressure side blade groove edge part by forming the low pressure side part of a blade groove at least inside a cylinder to a chilled form through the quenching at a high speed during casting and forming the structure in which a carbonized substance having a high hardness exists. CONSTITUTION:As for a chilled part 6 which is formed for reducing the abrasion of a part on a low pressure side blade groove edge part 5, the above-described part is chilled through the local quenching by using a cooling metal, etc., in casting a cylinder 1, and a structure in which a carbonized substance having high hardness exists is obtained. Chilling is applied to the full of thickness in the axial direction of the cylinder, and the hardness of the chilled part is HB 250-330, and the depth of chilling after the chilling work is 2-3mm. In this cylinder 1, the abrasion quantity at the low pressure side blade groove edge part 5 is reduced to 1/3-1/5 in comparison with the conventional case where chilling is not applied, and the abrasion resistance can be improved drastically.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a roll bearing from being initially seized without using grease, and to enable the same to be durable against a high speed operation, by setting the surface roughness of a spherical body in a specific range in view of the center line averaged roughness, and by forming a holder with resin containing ethylene tetrafluoride resin as a base material. CONSTITUTION:Stainless steel spherical bodies are disposed between outer and inner races 11, 12 made of high speed tool steel, and a holder 15 made of a, for example, a material such that solid lubricant such as, for example, molybdenum disulfide is added in a resin such as, for example, PTFE resin, is combined with the races 11, 12. In this arrangement, the surface roughness of the spherical body is set such as Ra=0.015 to 0.025mum. accordingly, during initial rotation the holder 15 is ground due to the contact between itself and the spherical body 14 so that PTFE resin forms a film on the contact surfaces of the spherical body 14, and the inner and outer races 11, 12. Accordingly, it is possible to provided a slide bearing which has a long life without using grease and is used for a high speed operation.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase the speed, to save energy and to reduce noise of drawing machine, by setting magnetic force generating devices repulsing or attracting each other between clips and rails, by floating all the parts except the surface supporting the dead wt. of the clip itself or the part to make the movement possible. CONSTITUTION:The film 1 is clamped on the K surface of the clip main body 41 by lowering the clip lever 42 and the film 1 is drawn. Clamping the film 1 is released by pushing up the clip lever 42 at the exit of the drawing machine. In this operation, the clip main body 41 and the clip stage 44 are floated by the mutually repulsing magnetic forces of the magnetic force generating devices 51-54 on the clip side and the corresponding magnetic force generating devices 55-58 on the rail side and move along the rail 46 in keeping all the non- contacting states except the contact of sliding surfaces owing to the dead wt. The wt. of the movable parts such as the clip main body 41, the clip stage 44 and the roller chain 45 are reduced by the repulsing force of the magnetic force generating device 58 of the rail surface 46 faced to the magnetic force generating device 54 and supported by the abrasive parts 60-63.

    • PURPOSE:To attempt to increase the speed, to save energy and to reduce noise of drawing machine, by setting magnetic force generating devices repulsing or attracting each other between clips and rails and by reducing thereby the surface pressure between clips and rails generated by the tensile force of the film etc. to the width direction. CONSTITUTION:Clip sliding members 62, 61 are tightly set on the bottom surface of the clip chain setting part 45 of the clip main body 41 and on the side surface of the clip lever 42, respectively; and rail sliding members 64, 63 are lengthy set on the surfaces of the rail 46 faced to the clip sliding members 62, 61. The film 1 is clamped on the K surface the clip main body 41 by lowering the clip lever 42 by the lowering device and the film 1 is drawn. Clamping the film 1 is released by pushing up the clamp lever 42 at the exit of the drawing machine. The surface pressure on the sliding surface between the clip main body 41 and the rail 46 is reduced by means of mutual repulsing force of the magnetic force generating devices 51-54 as far as the tensile force of the film acts on the clip main body 41 and the clip main body 41 is thereby smoothly driven along the rail 46.
