    • PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of assembly by generating oil seal performance for separating a low pressure chamber from a high pressure chamber via the application of light shrinkage coupling between a frame and a center shell using a shrinkage coupling tolerance approximately equal to or less than a half of the conventional tolerance, and applying spot weld for fixing the frame to the center shell. CONSTITUTION:As a crankshaft 6 is driven and rotated with an electric motor made of a rotor 8 and a stator 9, an oscillation scroll 2 oscillates to form a compression chamber with a fixed scroll 1. As a result, refrigerant gas drawn into a low pressure chamber 40 is compressed and delivered to a high pressure chamber 41. A sealing vessel is internally divided into the low pressure chamber 40 and the high pressure chamber 41 via the boundary of the shrinkage coupled section of a frame 7c and a center shell 23a. In this case, the shrinkage coupling tolerance of the frame 7c and the center shell 23a is approximately equal to or less than a half of the conventional case for providing light coupling state, thereby generating oil seal performance for separating the chambers 40 and 41 from each other. On the other hand, spot weld 51 is applied for fixing the frame 7c to the center shell 23a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain arc welding equipment which does not damage an electronic component with low voltage resistance mounted on the object to be welded.
      SOLUTION: Arc starting is performed between a conductive sheet 19 tightly stuck to the surface of a conductive block 2 connected to one electrode of a welding source and electrically coupled with the conductive block 2 and an electrode 14 as the multipole of the welding source, the conductive sheet 19 is moved on the conductive block 2 in such a manner that arcs are started on different surfaces per optional arc starting number of times, arc starting is performed on the surface of the conductive sheet 19 in a state where a clamp fixture holding the part to be welded in the object to be welded and the conductive block 2 are electrically cut. Further, the conductive block 2 and the clamp fixture are electrically connected after the arc starting, the electrode 14 is moved to face the part to be welded, and welding for the part to be welded is performed.
