    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a seat on a floor without using a specific member by providing a structure where a displacement of a seat position with respect to a floor portion is restricted completely when the seat is latched with respective strikers with front/back locking means. SOLUTION: A seat 2 is swung about an axial line of a striker 16 and when a lock unit 12 is pushed into a striker 14, the striker 14 is relatively fitted into a receiving groove. When the lock unit 12 is further pushed in, the striker 14 relatively guides the receiving groove and latches a latch 26 at an appropriate latching position. In this case, since the latch 26 is free to move in the axial direction of the striker 14, that is in the vehicle longitudinal direction, predetermined undercuts D, E are provided at the front and back of the latch 26 respectively. When the front and back strikers 14, 16 are latched with the latches 26, 36 respectively, the seat 2 can be positioned securely on a floor panel 10.

      SOLUTION: This reclining seat structure is provided with a first and a second fixing mechanisms 21 and 22 for variably fixing angles between a first and a second seat back frames 13 and 14 and a seat cushion 12, a first and a second shafts 24 and 25 for releasing fixation of the first and the second fixing mechanisms by individual rotation, a connecting and disconnecting mechanism for transmitting rotational movements in only one direction of the first shaft 24 to the second shaft 25 and a rotational moving portion 23 for rotationally moving the first shaft 24 to one limited direction. The connecting and disconnecting mechanism is structured so as to have a first plate fixed to the first shaft 24 and the second plate which abuts on the first plate when the first shaft 24 rotationally moves to one direction and is separated from the first plate when the first shaft 24 rotationally moves to other direction.

The air conditioning cushions 23 and 27 are formed by covering breathable double raschel cloths with non-breathing cloth materials. Two or more blowoff apertures are formed at the sitting person sides of the above cloth materials and inlet apertures are formed at the opposite sides. The cool air is supplied to the inlet apertures from a cool air source 35.
