摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exhaustion of a secondary battery by causing an actuator to generate power using the oscillations of portable electronic equipment in a non-operating condition during the transport thereof, and charging the secondary battery with power so generated. SOLUTION: A portable telephone has an oscillation circuit 3 for driving an actuator 1 via a received signal transmitted from signal receiving circuit 6, upon receipt of a signal to fulfil a telephone function. Also, a chargeable battery 5 is electrically connected to the actuator 1 via the oscillation circuit 3. Then, a rotor eccentrically mounted on the output shaft 1a of the actuator 1 is rotated on the operation of the oscillation circuit 3 during the operation of the actuator 1, thereby generating a vibration. On the other hand, the portable telephone when carried oscillates, and the rotor 2 oscillates as well to turn the output shaft 1a. As a result, the actuator 1 generates power. According to this construction the chargeable battery 5 is charged during the non-operation of the portable telephone, and the exhaustion of the battery 5 is prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely tear print paste apart between a printing plate retaining the paste and a substrate and thereby eliminate the cause for a bridging phenomenon by lowering the viscosity of the print paste which comes into contact with a part holding the paste by increasing the temperature of the part. SOLUTION: The viscosity of print paste for a printing plate which sticks to a part holding the print paste is lowered by increasing the temperature of a part in the neighborhood of the part holding the print paste. Thus the print paste is made easily separable from the part holding the print paste and thereby, it is facilitated to print the print paste to an object to be printed. The ring-like induction coil 28a of an induction heating part 28 is arranged, separated from each other by a specified distance, on a screen mask 11. When a cream solder 12 is packed into the through hole 11a of the screen mask 11, electric current is applied to the induction coil 28a by the time which is set by a timer to generate an induction magnetic field to run induction current to the screen mask 11 itself. Consequently, the screen mask 11 itself is directly heated by induction heating.

SOLUTION: On one surface of a printed wiring board 1, electronic componenets are mounted, and cream solder is applied to bonding parts. From a hot air head 22, hot air is locally blown against the bonding parts, almost vertically, through hot air nozzles 28. Thereby reflow soldering is performed. At the same time, from a cold air head 23, cold air is locally blown against a necessary part on the one surface of the printed circuit board 1, almost vertically, through a cold air nozzle 29. Thereby solder of the bonding parts is surely refused, and soldering is performed. Thermally weak parts are cooled, and thermal damage is prevented.

Thereby reflow soldering is performed. By commonly using the radiation heating, sure soldering is enabled when the temperature of the hot air is made not to exceed the heat resisting temperature of electronic components.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a Fresnel lens of excellent light converging quality by constituting a rugged part which is dependent on the wavelength of the incident light and corresponds to the phase modulation of the lens of the specified material. CONSTITUTION:A rugged part 2 corresponding to the phase modulation of a lens with serrated section is provided on the surface of the Si crystal 1. The depth (t) of the groove of this rugged part 2 is set so as to meet the relationship t=lambda/(n-1) by using the refractive index (n) of the substance constituting the lens and the wavelength lambda of the incident light to maximize the light converging efficiency of the lens. The refractive index of the near-infrared and transparent InP is n=3.5, and the semi-conductor laser beam of lambda=1.55mum is used as the incident light, and the depth of the groove t=0.62mum. This constitution can realize a thin Fresnel lens whose thickness is about 1/5 of the conventional lens. As a result, the quantity of the unwanted multiply reflected light to be generated at the vertical part of the rugged part 2 is greatly reduced, the reduction of the diffraction efficiency attributed to this multiply seflected light is prevented, and a diffraction tpe Fresnel lens excellent in the light-converging efficiency can be easily realized.
