    • PURPOSE:To provide the portable radio telephone equipment which eliminates power supply from a battery part in the power-off state. CONSTITUTION:While a power switch part 9 is operated with power off, a first signal 12 is supplied to a power path on/off part 14 through the power switch part 9 to turn on this part 14 and a control part 10 is fed. The control part 10 detects the first signal 12 to generate a second signal 13, and this signal 13 is continuously generated even after the first signal 12 is turned off by release of the operation of the power switch part 9, and the power path on/off part 14 is continuously kept turned on. When the control part 10 detects the first signal 12 while generating the second signal 13, the control part 10 stops to generate the second signal 13, and the power path on/off part 14 is switched to the turning-off state, and power supply to respective parts from a battery part 11 to the control part 10 is stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a hole flanging method and a hole flanging die capable of making a hole flange deeper than a conventional working limit without increasing stages. CONSTITUTION:In a hole flanging method where a prepared hole is made on a metal plate 7, this prepared hole part is pressed by a die 2 and a columnar punch 1 which act on the axis concentric with the prepared hole and the prepared hole part is expanded and worked into a hollow cylindrical projection shape hole flange, a bulging shoulder part 10 made of a expanding tapered surface having a specified angle toward the direction of the root of the columnar punch 1 is provided on the outside face at a position far a specified distance from the tip of the columnar punch 1 on the outside face of the column. Just before the columnar punch 1 arrives at the bottom dead center, this bulging shoulder part 10 comes in contact with the root part of the hollow columnar projection shape hole flange which is worked by expanding this prepared hole part of the metal part 7, extrudes the material of that part of the metal plate 7 in the direction of the hollow columnar projection shape hole flange, reduces the thickness of that part of the metal plate 7 and elongates the hollow columnar projection shape hole flange by the extruded amount hole flange.

    • PURPOSE:To be provided with both high productivity and high safety by a method wherein metallized films where groove parts used to separate electrodes into a plurality of island-shaped parts in a length direction of the films have been formed are wound or laminated and a capacitor element in which electrode extraction parts have been formed on both end faces is packaged externally by using a thermoset power resin whose stretch is specific. CONSTITUTION:Metallized films 4 where margin parts 5 which separate electrodes 2 into a plurality of rectangular island-shaped parts and which are connected to margin parts 3 are installed are wound to constitute a capacitor element. When the metallized films are broken down partially during their use, a breakdown current is concentrated in a broken-down part via a contact part of electrode-extraction parts 7 with electrodes 2. The contact part has a definite electrical contact resistance; the Joule heat is generated; an electrode metal film at one part near the contact part is evaporated and scattered. This scatter progresses at an increasing tempo; the electrodes 2 are insulated completely from a capacitor main body; an electric current is cut off. Since an outer package is executed by using a thermoset powder resin whose stretch according to JIS K-6301 at 30 deg.C or higher is 10% or higher and 300% or lower, smoke is not emitted and fire is not caught.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent that fire is caught and smoke is emitted by zinc, to design a high potential obliquity and to realize a remarkably small size and a remarkably low cost by a method wherein a part, coming into contact with an electrode extraction part of an electrode film is formed to be thick in a definite width. CONSTITUTION:First insulating groove parts 3, 4 are formed respectively on one face each of two dielectric films 1, 2 at one end part each in a width direction by using an oil masking method. Aluminum and zinc are vapor-deposited in such a way that a thickness at end parts coming into contact with electrode extraction parts 12 faced with the groove parts is made thicker than that in other parts; electrode films 5, 6 are formed. A second insulating groove part 9 is formed intermittently in a length direction at one part in a width direction of, e.g. the electrode film 6 of one film 8 out of obtained metallized films 7, 8. Third insulating groove parts 11 which traverse the groove part 9 and which reach the groove 4 are formed at equal intervals to divide the electrode film 6 to be island-shaped. The metallized films 7, 8 are piled up and wound in such a way that the groove parts 3, 4 are situated at mutually opposite sides and that the electrode films 5, 6 do not come into contact; a capacitor element is formed. The electrode extraction parts 12 are formed at both end parts of this element.
