    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the life of a sensor long by installing a circular cam having an eccentric cam groove above a board provided with a circuit pattern having a strain detecting element and fixing a follower element to the surface of the board so as to be inserted into, and passed through, the cam groove on the cam. SOLUTION: The surface part of a mounting part 23 at a case 21 in which terminals 24 are insert-molded is coated with an adhesive, and a board 25 on which a strain detecting element 27 and a circuit pattern 28 are printed is fixed. Then, a follower element 26 whose rear surface is coated with an adhesive is fixed to the surface of the board 25 so as to be inserted into a cam groove 30 in the cam 29. Lastly, a shaft 31 whose rear surface is coated with an adhesive is fixed to the surface of the cam 29 so as to be inserted into a bearing 33 installed at a cover 32, the cam 29 and the cover 32 are fixed by a spring 34, the surface of the case 21 is coated with an adhesive, the cover 32 is fixed, and a sensor is assembled. The terminals 24 are connected electrically to an external circuit, and a voltage difference due to a change in the resistance value of the element 27 by the angle of rotation of the shaft 31 is output from the terminals 24 as an output signal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the influence on output characteristics by comprising a shaft, which engages with the bearing of a mounting base, and a rotor with an incline to abut on a cantilever, at its periphery. SOLUTION: When a rotor 23 is rotated, an incline 25 rotates. A cantilever 20 abutted against the incline 25 is displaced, according to the quantity of rotation of a shaft 24, and the resistance value of a distortion detecting element 21 provided at the cantilever 20 changes. A terminal 16 electrically connected to the circuit pattern 22 of a substrate 17 outputs this change of resistance value, with the inclination of the incline 25 of the rotor 23 being the quantity of rotation of the shaft 24 as an output signal. Then, the quantity of rotation of the shaft 24 is regulated by making the rotation regulation part 26 provided at the rotor 23 and the projection 15 provided at the mounting base 11 abut on each other. Hereby, even if it is used for a long time, the influence on output property is lessened without producing abrasion powder by rocking.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the use of a load sensor despite the small height of an operation part by preparing two distortion detection elements orthogonal to each other on a substrate and adding the plate type operation part above the axis of the upper surface of the substrate in parallel to the substrate. SOLUTION: A recess part 22b is formed around a projection 22a and approximately at the center of an attachment base 21, and the distortion detection elements 24 and 25 consisting of distortion gauges, etc., are placed orthogonal to each other on the upper surface of a substrate 23. A through-hole 26 is formed at the center of the substrate 23, and a terminal part 27 formed at an end part of the substrate 23 is electrically connected to both elements 24 and 25. Then the base 21 and the substrate 23 are fixed together via the fixing screws 28, and a screw 29 is placed on the projection 22a provided between the stage 21 and the substrate 23 so as to be inserted through the hole 26 and protruded over the substrate 23. A columnar shaft 30 which is inserted by the screw 29 on its lower face and also has an axis recess part 31 on its upper face is placed vertical to the substrate 23. Then a plate type operation part 32 is inserted to the part 31 of the shaft 30 and the upper surface of the part 32 is set in parallel to the substrate 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to output a three-dimensional coordinate signal by providing a mounting base having a cantilever and a first strain detector between-the free end and fixed end of the beam, and a sub-shaft or an operating unit in contact with the free end of the beam. SOLUTION: A first strain detector 23 is formed by printing between the free end 24 and the fixed end 25 of a cantilever beam 22 of a mounting base 21 having the beam 22, a main shaft 26 having a through hole 28 therein formed by printing second strain detectors 29, 30 and third strain detectors 31, 32 on the upper surface is press fitted fixedly into the surface. A sub-shaft 35 is inserted into the hole 28, and assembled fixedly so that the through hole 34 of an operating unit 33 is engaged with the shaft 35. The shaft 35 is projected to the upper surface of the unit 33. The shaft 26 is deformed by the force applied to the unit 33, the resistances of the detectors 29, 30, 31, 32 are changed, and the load is detected as X-axis, Y-axis signals. When the shaft 35 is pressed, the end 24 of the beam 22 is pressed, and the load is detected as the signal of the Z-axis signal due to the resistance change of the detector 23 to input the three-dimensional signal.
